These don’t appeal to me even though I follow Keto, most of the time. I’d rather spend my carbs on elements of my 1 meal a day rather than on a snack. Thanks for the review.

My favorite low carb bars are NICK'S Swedish-style nut bar, and KIND Zero. Munk Pack also makes a similar style that I haven't tried yet.

Ouch! That $9 price tag… not sure how people do it! Appreciate your trying these and sharing your thoughts since I know I’d never try them. Glad they taste decently… but then again, for $9, they should 😂

Gritty bars are a hard pass. I'm not paying $9 to eat sand. Ny niece had both of these and threw both out because they were so gritty. I hate gritty bars so I wouldn't even try them when she asked.

My dad and grandmother both personally knew and worked with Dr. Robert Atkins. I don't think he ever told them to eat sawdust bars though 😅

I need to try these. I bought at Walmart in the Protein Shake isle Root Beer Float flavored Protein Shakes by Atkins and they are pretty good.

I think both of these are great! I buy both flavors from time to time. They seem to be a hit with other Atkins followers too. You are exactly right, they are filling and great for protein/low carb lovers but they may not be a hit with anyone else.

A healthy amount of sand! 😂 I’ve never been a fan of Atkins. I don’t think I would like the texture of these. I don’t care about net carbs so if I want a protein bar there are others I can have that I like. Thanks for a great review.
