Back in the day there was nothing like listening to Skip and Don Sutton calling Atlanta Braves baseball ⚾ on the old TBS network every night.

Watching that 95 world series brought years to my eyes. I'll never forget how happy I was as a 10 year old.

I'll always hate that Ron Gant wasn't apart of our 95 Championship team. He truly deserved to get that ring.

I was at Atlanta for a lot of games back in the 80s and 90s. They are all worth the memories.

I’m from South Georgia so it was always quite a trip to make it to Atlanta Fulton County Stadium for any sporting event. But every time I did make the trip it was memorable to say the least. Watching Ron Gant hit the first pitch of the game out for a home run. Watching Jeff Ward and Rick Johnson racing Supercross in Fulton county stadium. Watching Steve DeBerg quarterback the Falcons. Man I love that stadium.

I miss Skip Ernie and Pete. ... and Fulton County Stadium... Back in the 70s when the Braves were so bad, those announcers were the ones that kept us interested and entertained.. true professionals..... When Sutton joined the team, they focused more on the strategy of the game... always thought that took away from what made them so much fun to listen to.. but they were and always will be the best in my eyes. I'm just glad they finally got to see the braves win... and at Fulton County Stadium.

This was my all time favorite thing to do at the Braves hall of fame museum when the Braves used to play at Turner Field.

Remember the Rick Camp homer well.. It happened around midnight on the 4th of July. Also like to add that Rick was the nicest person I ever knew that played professionally. Before every game I attended I would go to the picnic area & he would always come to say hello. My favorite all time Brave!!! RIP Rick Camp..

I was 15 the first time I went to a braves game and I sat in the left upper deck seats with my daddy; it felt like I was sitting in the best seats in the house; nothing will ever top that for me: seeing a game in person and being able to share it with my daddy.

I was sitting with my father in right center field for McGriff’s debut. Waited an hour to get in to the stadium because of that fire. Turns out it was started by a small can of sterno

Rowland Office made a catch in dead center field in the late 70s, I forget what year it was, but it was more spectacular than Otis Nixon's catch, if you can imagine that. Office went over the fence backwards to catch the ball. That should definitely have been included here, but because Atlanta was known as Loserville in those days, it probably ended up on the cutting room floor, sadly.

A sports venue like Fulton County Stadium should have at least been accomodated.

Hank Aaron in an interview said it was a happy event and he didn't mind those guys running on the field. I think back then the players knew who they worked for and it was the fans.

That old boat was an awesome place to watch baseball and football. It's so cool they could charge extra for admission if it was still in use. I miss it. I won't ever go to the new one because pro sports is straight propaganda now. I watch reruns of when sports was sports and not a bunch of mindless coaches and athletes proving how little they know about life every time they speak.
