I’ve watched both and will always choose dub when I have the option so don’t feel bad! Don’t let anyone pressure you into watching the other if you don’t want to! LIA-I love that you commented on the Levi/Erwin scene, how you caught that Erwin was smiling. It’s one of my favorite moments on the show, you can just tell that he can’t WAIT to get Levi on his team. In the manga it’s actually stated that Erwin saw Levi in action beforehand and went after him with that goal. It just adds so much to their dynamic! Loved loved loved this one, guys! Can’t wait for part 2!!!

i started the show with my buddy on discord and he secretly switched to the english dub as well. I found out a few episodes in and felt very betrayed. He didnt give it 2 minutes chance. He doubts himself a lot and believed he couldnt follow along by reading. So what i did was found a good website where i can screen share the episodes. Now he has to watch it in Japanese with me lol. Its for his own good as a seasoned AoT watcher and good friend. I cannot in good conscious let him miss out on the SUB. Nothing truly wrong with the DUB but I just cannot allow it lol. Now hes loving the show just the same. - "Because I was born into this world!"

I watched the dub too ... until I got all caught up and the newest episodes were all coming out in sub. I couldn't wait for the dub so I just bucked up and watched the dub. Now I can't imagine going back! Not that the sub is bad, but some of the English voices just sound wrong to me now.
