It is likely meant to be obnoxious. I would just laugh at her if she did that in front of me. But I can see how that would bother someone who is just there with their family/friends for a peaceful meal or whatever. Especially if there were kids around while she is advertising her street value in a frankly pitiable attempt to garner attention.

He was speaking another language so I figured he he was giving information to an audience of the minority kind. But there was more then enough land for people to pass by in front or behind him, he wasn't doing anything stupid or bothering anyone. Not everyone with a camera is an idiot just girls/people like this.

If she’s looking for a job or is willing to step into a serious relationship with someone and they take the time to Google her, they will decide that she makes a fool of herself and has a nasty attitude, so she will probably end up with neither a decent job or a decent guy and then blame society for it. Watching her moves she will probably even be rejected applying for a job at the stripclub…..
