Not criminal but civil for sure!! Freedom of speech is what will prevent this from being criminal. Civil liability often hurts as bad bc unless you’ve got a lengthy rap sheet you usually get a slap on the wrist. However slander or libel (w malicious intent which this has, imo!) charges can make for a decent payday for the victim and lots of garnished wages for the perp! Hurt their pride by calling them out and hurt em by draining their wallet. No physical anything necessary.

It wasn't his. She then told Family and Children services that the child was mine and I was forced into a paternity test. Well, what do you know, it was my child. I was then forced to pay for all medical bills and all back child support. If she had said it was my child, my health insurance would have paid for everything... Nope paid for nothing. I filed for visitation rights. She then filed a restraining order against me stating that I graped her to have the child 18 months prior. I proved in a court of law that I was innocent by stroke of luck having undeniable proof. The man in the court case before mine did not and spent 10 years in prison. My case was dismissed but since I now have a grape charge on my police record, even though it is false, my visitation was limited to 30 hours every other weekend and has been that way now for 11 years. DFACS has refused to hear an appeal. I also have to explain the grape charge to every employer I have had since and I have to keep the records of the court order dismissing the grape charge because for some reason court records do not keep that on file. So for the one false claim even though she didn't get me prison time it did exactly what she wanted which was *VERY* limited visitation rights. Yea, believe all women... works very well... for women, even all the lies.

Av personally spoke to the owner of north Berwick boxing gym in Scotland n got her banned from there. I know it’s a small step and she’s extremely unlikely to go there but with recognition and word of mouth hopefully other gyms will do this and similar actions in simular situations 👍

A few weeks ago at my gym I saw a woman in lighter-than-flesh tone paper thin leggings with a black thong - I could tell it was black because her leggings were see through.
