So my elderly dad used to “butt dial” all the time. And I’d have like 3 minute voice mails of him just living his life. There is no way Jen McCabe butt dialed six times and it didn’t go to voicemail. Or Brian Albert during sex. Or Brian Higgins while sleeping.
Don't forget Jen said she was texting at the same time!! So is she saying her butt can text too?? Who texts and puts their phone in their back pocket and then it calls and hangs up. Multiple times?? 12 times in 19 mins??

What I REALLY don't understand is WHY this trial is even Happening if there's an ONGOING Federal Investigation happening?? Idk If* this is true or not, but I hear the Albert's call this judge "Aunt Bev"...only thing I can think of since Both parties said they wanted to postpone....WHY did she say, Nope were going to trial?? What is in it for her?? All I DO know is if she wants KR convicted cuz she's helping the REAL Killers, then I hope the FBI comes after Her too!!! This judge is SOOOOO Biased it's not even funny!!

See now I assumed if was a preplanned assassination originally. I have accidentally butt dialed an iphone once at least. But it’s not ez. I also accidentally facetimed someone as I was dropping trou’ to go potty! That was horrifying- So I get off facebook messenger first now. But I never butt dialed anyone to clearly cover up a murder. I just am starting this trial so there’s a lot idk yet but…clearly that family knows who killed O’Keefe and it wasn’t Karen Reed. She was a patsy after the fact!
This circus is a COMPLETE waste of time for the jurors. Almost every “witness” is being asked the same questions and either have the same answers or more so “I don’t remember.” It is a clown show and Lally is the lead clown - embarrassingly so. Bev, 💯% biased, horrible judge. A waste of taxpayers money and time for the jurors and families.
She was totally trying to get her bf jealous. This happened after she was upset with him in Aruba. She picked the weakest link of all the men in their circle, who honked at her and turned around to talk to her. You can tell in the texts that she wasn't even into him. The most convos she had with him was venting about a relationship with the kids, that's far from flirting. She ghosted him because clearly the moment to make her bf jealous had passed. If a woman really truly wants another man, she isn't going to give him a peck that she would give her dad. Higgins couldn't even say he was ignored 2 years later, so he damn well couldn't handle it 2 years before.
She was definitely flirting with him and she knew it. I don't think she is guilty of murder but she's "trouble" when it comes to men. Something the other women in the group may have seen and that's why she was an outsider. Women see that in other women. Men rarely if ever pick up on it.

Read all of those texts, she isn't saying shit, they're one sentence texts, which honestly, looks like a man started it. When women only speak in one sentences, she's not really into him and it isn't until he sounds like he wants something that she ghosts him. The most she says in them is complaining about how drunk he got and all over another woman and arguing over children. Women do have their moments when they think they saw someone they love is cheating. There are people that aren't crazy who do act crazy at certain times. And actually you can tell her trust in him was questionable because she left him a voicemail and texts angry at him because she didn't know he was dying on the side of the road, but he wasn't home and if that happened a lot 🤷🏼♀️
Higgins stated as well that he used the plow to clear Brian Albert's drive, and I believe also offered at some point to clear O'Keefe's soometime prior to all this going down. He also said that wasn't his personal vehicle, so again, using official property for personal purposes. For a guy who "made a beeline" out of the Alberts house because he wanted to get home to eat & have a few more drinks, he put in what, another 10-12 hours at the precinct keeping tabs on things?
Q: if John was such a special friend and highly valued, then why were the involved officers so intentionally sloppy while persevering the crime scene? Why did his friends not hand over their phones without deleting details pertaining to the case? Respectable Seasoned officers would NOT conduct themselves in this manner for one of their own....IF, THEY NOTHING TO HIDE.

In the video I saw, it looked like the tail light lens came off in one large piece when they removed it from Karen's car. Didn't someone testify that they found a handful of pieces on the lawn?

Polycarbonate lenses in glass repel pellets from pellet gun & other hard, fast objects. Tow leaves but entire light not taken out until 9-10. This was after a piece “found” by Berko who was driving by & happened to find it. It was toyed with, admittedly broken but Lank said during extraction after piece found by chief. Higgins left for work car for wound kit bc someone else got bitten or hurt in fight. Gel pack to stop bleeding. Sterile dressing packages in vehicle & more in desk to re-supply vehicles with. Each players a role after the fact. Jen found out bc her sister confided in her & get safe once home to do the 2:27 am search.
The only thing Higgins texts accomplished is to attack Read’s character that she was willing to step out on JOK and later thought better of it. It doesn’t for me indicate it rises to murder. She has her own home, independent income, she could call it quits anytime. It demonstrates she isn’t certain this step-mom life with JOK is for her, which I suspected already. But it isn’t the flex CW thinks it is imo.
💯. All it did is try to character assassinate her, that's it. Still doesn't change the fact that she didn't kill him, no evidence, injuries not consistent with being hit by a car, everything pointing to the Albert's and McCabe's. Higgins testified to leaving his keys at the PD in case they needed to move his cars!! He also testified that he came back from New York early because of the upcoming storm. So why did the cops at the PD not move his cars WHEN THEY WERENT EXPECTING HIM TO COME BACK?? The whole reason he left his keys!! He was also there earlier in the day to change vehicles from the Large SUV he drove to and from New York to swap for his Jeep. He already knew about the storm then because thats why he returned EARLY from New York!! He knew he was going out drinking ....so why did he not move the vehicles then?? Instead he goes into the PD at 01:30am drunk as a skunk ....to move his vehicles committing DUI in the FACES OF COPS!! Someone needs to tell Higgins, Administrative Duties is PAPERWORK not a valet moving cars!!

Just rewatched Jen McCabe on the stand again, she lied about going behind Karen's car when they arrived at John's place, and that "Karen pointed out her cracked taillight. They didn't have a conversation at the back of the car at all. They went straight inside. Jen McCabe first, followed by Karen and Carrie.
I felt it so interesting how he came out so strong and then crumbled under cross. He turned in to a little boy. These guys aren’t smart. Jen thought she was, but it all caught up, guys. And ask yourself, is that thug Colin worth it? Kid will end up in jail regardless at some point.
I’m so glad I don’t live anywhere close to this precinct! Corruption to the max from everyone, including the judge. That’s what I see. I knew nothing about this case, I don’t have a dog in the fight and have no reason to lean to either side. Whether Karen hit him or not, no one should be convicted with all of this proven shady behavior by all involved, especially the law enforcement officers!
If Higgins didn't know it was illegal, unethical or against policy to use that machine to download evidence then why didn't his friend do it for him? Instead, he says the friend talked him through it. Is that to give the friend cover because at least he didn't directly touch the machine?
Why didn't he do it at Canton PD?? They have software there!! He went to the FBI building for a reason!! If you read those texts it sounds more like a man texting. There's no hearts, kisses or silly emojis. We know that John knew they kissed and checked the cameras ...its in the texts!!

I want to know why the paper bag with Solo cup evidence was sitting open on the sally port garage floor next to the back of KR's vehicle nearly 24 hours after the incident. The Solo cups were not transported in KR's vehicle, because her vehicle was not at the scene the morning JO's body was discovered. The police officer on the stand testified that the Solo cup evidence was immediately booked into (refrigerated) storage at the police station that same morning. Why were the Solo cups taken out of (refrigerated) storage 24 hours later when KR's car was brought in?
Why didnt Higgins text her at 7am when he supposedly found out about John?? They were all at Brian Alberts house ....yet John wasnt declared until 07:50am She then texts him at 11am and he ignores it. .....yet at that time Karen had been sectioned and in the hospital ....so what are the chances she actually had her phone?? Higgins buddy who was on the desk at the PD ....was the same person to section Karen even though he arrived at the scene at 06:16 .....and he is caught on the dashcam at 06:30 saying he was going to section her!! That info has yet to come in!!

I just watched 8wks in Judge Boyce’s court in Boise. Total control and integrity. The contrast could not be more stark between that and the Read trial.
Where is the PPE on all of those cops in the Sally Port?? The woman at the tail light only has a pair of gloves that are clearly not sterile!! She has no white suit on with a hood, she has nothing covering her mouth like a mask in case she coughs or sneezes. She doesnt even have a hair net!! Now look at the mess in that garage, look at the clutter, the old cop car and umpteen officers .....dont forget as well as Lallys claim that Johns DNA is on the tail light ....there are two other unknown sources!! We also have Solo Cups in a stop and shop bag .....6 samples were collected and 6 Solo cups were provided ....so why are two of the cups empty at the bottom left?? Where is the plastic or taurpaulin covering Karens car?? Not even a dust sheet!!
What no one is talking about is: The house the cops got the solo cups from is where another LE lives. Why didn't that LE go out to see what happened, after all Officer John O'Keefe was also LE? That house also has CCTV and he said that there was nothing on it, so that's why he didn't give it to the investigators? I hope the defense asks about that.
They haven't proved manslaughter no one has proved that she hit John. Only thing proven is they found planted taillight hours after someone already looked and didn't see anything and that was after it snowed a few more inches... OBVIOUS frame job.

I think Higgins was skeptical of KR's advances because he knew that JOK had reported Colin Albert for something and that's why Chris Albert moved home suddenly just prior to the 29TH, the night JOK was killed. I think they thought he was a whistleblower and that's why Chris Albert suddenly wanted O'Keefe's number and invited him out. That's why Jen Mccabe wanted to separate Read and O'Keefe at the bar. She knew they were going to get him that night. Hence the invisible Jeep. Higgins didn't park outside the house (per Nagel's car occupants). It was a set up.
Ive herd that in another channel too. JOK had reported drug dealing by another teen not Collin specifically but a teen associated with Collin. The teen was selling drugs 2-3 times right in front of JOK home. When you say Chris Albert moved home what do you mean? He went home quickly when the waterfall closed? Im not sure what you mean by that.
@Seasheasells No, Chris Albert was a close neighbour of John O'Keefe, John had lived there for almost 5 years, whereas Chris had lived there for 20 years. Chris Albert moved out of that house that he had raised his kids in suddenly right before John O'Keefe was murdered (you can read it in the announcement of his running for candidacy for Council Selectman). I think JOK was set up for reasons far bigger than petty neighbour disputes. Watch Chris Albert's cross examination. The Albert's only got chummy with JOK in the weeks just before his murder. CA only got his number that day, only invited him out that day. Why was Jen Mccabe so keen to separate Karen Read from JOK? They all seemed very keen in getting him to the bar that night, Julie Albert, Chris Albert both texted him to get him there. Just as they were all desperate to get him into 34 Fairview, too. They were watching that SUV like hawks. For me Chris Albert's family is the catalyst.
My nephew is in the automotive industry- designing and building cars including in China. Big job. He says “NO WAY” a taillight was busted up hitting a human body- even going 50 mph. He knows nothing about the case but said it was busted with a Billy club or baseball bat. At the minimum- something with no “give”
Higgins enjoyed his "desk" in Canton, Big fish little pond syndrome. I believe there is a possibility that Higgins encountered John in the yard, Colin saw things go down and it happened about the time Brian A let the dog out so the dog joined in. It is amazing how much effort the two families have exerted in keeping Colin out of this thing. Then there is always The Butler, with the Candlestick in the Library. LOL
Totally agree the judge should have allowed AJ to have 22 seconds of silence. There was nothing inappropriate about making a point to the jury. 22 seconds is not too much to ask
I've been waiting all weekend to hear what mark thought about Higgins on Friday. Well worth the wait. Maybe this judge auntie bev, should seriously think about retirement. I don't think she'd be missed

So the jury watches these witness under cross by the defense, they hear these ridiculous explanations for their actions, surely at some point the jury must look at the government and ask themselves is the commonwealth blind or complicit?
There is still no evidence in the trial that I could use to say Read is guilty. As for the coverup... I really did not think it would be possible, conspiracy sort of arena, but at this stage there are questions in my mind. I really did not think I would see my self supporting the Def theory but it's possible at this stage. I also do not accept that Higgins did not remember where the kiss happened. If he was in the carport, he would remember. The suggestion is, if it was near the garage door it would be caught on the camera making John jealous. It seems that John did see something.. so I think that is what happened. She used him to make John jealous on purpose and for some reason he is refusing to come clean about it. And another thing. How on earth did the footage of when Karens car was placed in the sallyport go missing? Why?
And the Ring camera at the police officer who lived across the street, pointing right at the house, didn't show anything. And, I heard some of John O'Keefe's Ring camera went missing, they said Karen deleted it even though he had it on his phone and she had no access to it. And, the library camera footage thar would've shown Karen's car drive by and showed the taillight, it was magically gone during the time she drove by. Or, how about anyone else's cameras or buisnesses along her route, they never tried to get any of them, IMO, on purpose. They didn't knock on any doors. It's crazy! I did she a picture of all the EMS vehicles in from of the house that was taken by the neighbors that night. I wonder if they are a witness. They heard the commotion.
There is so much more. The police officer across the street he claimed his ring camera did not work that night would not hand over video to the defense. There is so much more this is clearly a cover-up. I went into this blind and now I am 100% certain that this is a cover-up. All those butt dials. Think about it, Jen was calling John's phone seven times to locate it so they can plant it on his body. Then she starts to 2:27 a.m. how long it takes to die in the cold. The FBI has confirmed that search is accurate. FBI reconstructionists have also confirmed John O'Keefe's injuries are not from being hit by a car or a several thousand pound suv. He has two black guys A cut above his nose blunt force injury to the back of his head and dog bites all over his arm. And yes they are dog bites. I have been around protection dogs and I have seen dogs attack before.. dogs might leave punctures if they attack once or twice but they will leave what look like laceration marks if they attack over and over and are trying to gain a grip. The marks will look like they rip your skin open like a stab wound. Look up Melanie Little attorney American standard canine who was the former police dog trainer and there are two different videos in which he shows visuals of a woman that was attacked by a German shepherd and the gaping wounds on her arm that look exactly like John's injuries, they look more like stab wounds. And then he also shows the prosthetic arm that they use to train dogs and you will see they look like cuts instead of punctures

I have been following this trial from England where I am a retired Solicitor (Lawyer) and Prosecutor. I am assuming the rules of evidence & Procedure are similar between our jurisdictions. Mr Jackson in cross examination put a number of facts to Higgins: 1. That Chief Berkowitz & Higgins were in the Sallyport at the same time when Ms. Read's vehicle was stored there 2. The CCTV covering the Sallyport was for some reason not recording at the time Berkowitz, Higgins & Ms. Read's vehicle was there 3. Higgins went to a Military base where he disposed of his phone & SIM card separately into different "Dumpsters". In England, a Lawyer would not be allowed to make such assertions unless they were going to adduce admissible evidence of the fact subsequently. So I assume as part of the defence case they will be proving the points in 1, 2 & 3 by way of admissible evidence?
It cracks me up to think about Higgins and Albert butt dialing each other at the same time 😂 it’s ridiculous to think one butt dialed the other and then the other accidentally returned the call by butt dialing. Do they think people are that gullible?? Seriously??? This case is ridiculous. No evidence presented against Karen but tons of evidence supporting a cover up. I think the Alberts, McCabe’s, Higgins and Proctor are arrogant and never expected Karen would fight back.

I would to if i was in her kind of relationship. She wanted to feel loved. She was feeling used and that was apparent to all his friends so much so that even jen brought it up in the witness stand.
If if Karen is proven innocent hrough a confession, the O'Keefe's nay still blame Karen for sparking the fued between KO and BH, which led to his death.
John’s mother said even if she’s found not guilty she’ll always believe Karen did it. I suspect Jen McCabe has been in their ear for the last two years poisoning them against Karen.
I approached this case having ignored all the pretrial activity. At Trial Day 17, it's still the prosecution's show; 40+ witnesses have testified. I do not see any thing, item, issue or story that makes it plausible to even infer Karen Read is guilty. Quite the contrary: the scales are not only tipped to her innocence but more toward an absolute suspicion toward some type of underlying nefarious event and activity. Something very ugly and dark happened that night at 34 Fairview that stole life from a very much admired Officer John O'Keefe. Murder. imo. This community clan of LE/LEOs did not react to Officer O'Keefe's initial injuries nor death in any way typical to the loss of a brother in blue.
Higgins testified he walked in the house with Brian Albert….did Higgins see Chloe the dog, he had to. Brian Albert saw Collin there, Brian Higgins ad to see Colin. What date did Higgins “print out his text messages with Karen??? Who told Higgins about the documents were coming out the next day…so get rid of phone???

I think Higgins was afraid Karen told John that Higgins was flirt texting with her & Higgins was afraid John would confront him in front of Brian Albert & look like a complete fool.

I saw a video, i think on Microsots, of a car pulling out of 34 Fairview at night. The car pulled out the same way as the McCabes, with headlights on, and there is no way they wouldn't have seen a body on the lawn. It was so much smaller and closer than i thought.
Curious, My take of the fact that Higgins extracted certain texts from his phone (texts that he knew would be found on Karen's phone) screams that there was definitely communication on that phone that he needed to hide. He didn't "destroy" his phone, the threw it away????? He changed his ###. So much consciousness of guilt!
So far, all I've seen is the prosecution defending the Alberts, than prosecuting KR. Over 40 witnesses and still nothing to show that KR committed any crime.
Of theren8s any real justice Yanetti will come in on Tuesday and begin cross with a timer, counting down to see how many questions he gets through in 22 seconds.
