Audi 3.0tdi cduc with a 7 stronic
BSR - Ecu tune
BSR - TCU tune
4 bar map sensor (yes I exceed the stock sensor)
EGR & DPF work
This customer travelled from Yorkshire 8 hour trip in total 🙏🏽
Dragy times (in damp conditions)
0-60 4.75’s
Estimated 320 to 330hp / 750nm
Many will claim they run stock egt’s and do exceed the stock temps. This information is totally wrong - firstly if you run more power you get higher than stock egt’s, secondly to burn 750nm worth fuel (cleanly) you need air (boost) - hence the 4 bar map sensor.
Dyno’s can be made to show anything but a dragy shows the real evidence.

This one seems a bit quicker than normal. I need to get my 50 tdi tuned at some point too. Maybe even hybrid.

These 245’s tend to do around 4.7’s to 60, best I’ve had was a 4.6’s Hybrid turbos def have more top end just depends on how you drive the car etc.

Yep thats the plan - Im currently running stock injectors awaiting the beefy ones to turn up. Hopefully with more rev’s we can exceed the previous record.

No real difference apart from adblue. Both share the same injectors and turbo

Im actually curious how the s tronic will hold up with 750nm of torque, ive heard they are only good for 600nm but theres not solid info.

A lot of people say plenty without any real experience - I've had 900nm from a S tronic, off course these boxes have some common issues (tuned or not)

@@BobbySinghRacing ive had the solenoid fail that controlled the odd gearset clutch and it burnt out the clutch to the point that it threw a code and would only take off in 2nd gear and go straight to 4th and 6th. Id be interested to know at what torque level the standard clutch would slip at, you could keep well under that with your tune and never have an issue unless you hit the next point of failure.

@@jakewatt9236 half of these issues come from common dl501 issues and secondly people not tuning them correctly. For example a tuner will say increased clamping pressure but yet its stock.

They normally make a real 320 to 330hp / 750nm. But more than dyno figures the dragy times reflects the true performance
