Looks like yall need to re-design another part. I can see those plastic tubes warping some how under pressure, causing the o-rings to slip out of position and then tearing. Need to make them out of aluminum, maybe size them slightly different to have a tighter fit even. Then sell it as a kit.

Reminds me of the oil cooler pipe that fails on the early A8s. Someone make a kit! The only reason they went with the nylon piping is because it's cheaper to produce

im on my 3rd trans with the rabbits 5cyl btw, used to drag it when i was younger thinking it would be safe but the WHOLE internet would disagree. and i now do too. im either getting an s3 or a golf r most definitely tho!! those 5cyl ttrss tho.. 🤤

Watching some of the half mile runs and listening to the RPM’s I could tell the clutches were slipping. The shifts should be instant and you can hear that in the engine note. Props to Audi for making the clutches that strong but sucks those stupid o-rings failed.

Why not make a custom piece to hold more than one prong per side , maybe a tighter tolerance aluminum piece

QA M existing clutch can handle 800Nm! With dsg tune. These guys should have gotten tvs engineering to help they are THE authority on the dq500 box don’t give a shit what anyone says

@@MalakaMotorSports Yes but extra clutch will create more friction w/o adding oil pressure, pump would not need to work hard to keep friction under control? i might wrong this is just my thoughts. What peak oil pressure you guys getting ? I'm next for after market clutches lol , I'm going with Dima Deka kit 1200nHm +
