There are natural beauty pageants she can attend? Her mother is humiliating her by putting her in these competitions. If you see the pictures of her pink dress from a prior competition in the beginning that’s what the standard is. And it’s not immature once again it’s called the rules of the road and if you don’t have them you don’t get the points 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wouldn't surprise me ... from what I can tell 'Pageant Moms' are worse than 'Soccer Moms', in terms of 'Well my child is _far_ better than yours', and thus would do anything to sabotage a performance, if it means her child's competitor gets points knocked off ... In fact I'm pretty sure child pageants are what spawned Karens in the first place ...

The mom in my opinion wasnt setting her up for defeat I think it's just in pageants makeup has become more of an essential thing so without it your chances could be lowered from winning and what she did was made her more confident so it's not that she did this on purpose but the fact that the makeup it self wasnt there maybe

There are natural pageants that don’t allow excessive makeup, hair pieces, and flippers, but those don’t typically get highlighted on this show. High Glitz pageants mean high drama which is good for ratings.

Actually her dress was beautiful. I would rather see little girls in age appropriate dresses and hairstyles rather than being pimped out to look like miniature chorus line show girls.

I A exactly most of the parents put like a butt load of fake tan and so much makeup they look like a drag queen (which drag queens are great but I don’t think that’s the look for little girl/child) I mean there are a few exceptions like some parents to it to help their child’s self esteem or (while pageants still aren’t great for children confidence) there are a couple parents who don’t even mention winning to their children and just do it for fun, but I agree that most of the parents have some issues and are trying to make their kids look like plastic dolls or something. (Don’t even get me started in the ones that give kids fake boobs lol) (Edit: oops sry I made this so long I kinda rambled)

Shes is absolutely beautiful. And sorry to break it to those other moms who booed her, but modelling companies prefer girls that actually look nice naturally, and not just with cakey makeup. It’s not very realistic to enter your daughter into a glitz pageant and then not do any of the things required for a glitz pageant. Just enter a natural pageant instead! This mom is just wasting money and probably making her daughter sad (because the daughter knows that she has no chance of winning-you can see it on her face).
