@@CranehawkPilot i prefer the unrefurbished ones. the announcements in the refurbished ones are okay, but the motors are just a copy of S stock... washing machine is much better
It's because of the re modified tracks in the east London area, Between stratford and the Hainult and Woodford area. They sound normal in the central London area. But they will also by loud, that's why Bombardier when refurbish the traction motors with AC motors, which is a high pitched version of the original motor
Got to love the ABB ttaction motors, their low pitch and high pitch at the same time. But Smooth. Not all super high pitched and completely silent like the new bombadier stock.
@@bb-3653 Not a Train Op yet, I’ve put myself forward for it when the position comes back out, but that’s gonna be a while yet. I’m a CSA on the Central line though.
@@NoddyMaccy oh interesting, what does CSA stand for. And I want to drive for BR In the future for a few years . Probably take a long time though lol, I'm still at uni. Last year though, and I have to build up some experience with other jobs and stuff first.
@@bb-3653 Customer Service Assistant so station staff basically. You can apply for trainee driver jobs when they become available. Companies do trainee jobs where they train you from scratch without going through stations. On the Underground we call those drivers “DROPS” 😂
Should have continued recording to Newbury Park trust that is a long stretch and it screeches really badly. Usually that section is packed when there is Rail Replacement to Ingatestone/Wickford
Actually I have recorded this coach from Stratford to Hainault Unfortunately I fail the recording in other section This is the only one part I can accept and upload :( I hope someone would record audio or video about this strange coach better than me
@@louiejonesponation Actually 1995&1996 still made by Metro-Cammell are fine But the Bombardier is even worse I remember 2009 Stocks have suffered in technical problem in 2010
