August diet plan: 7 dany kalonji with neem garam pani, breakfast: 10am (half roti+ half cup yogurt, 1 egg fry or omlete), lunch:2pm, salad+ half roti or 18 tsp rice+ salan except daal and potato, 5 to 6pm(medium sized fruit), 7:30pm half roti or bran bread or 2 kabab, vegetables+ salan

I ate Roti. Rice. Bread. Fast food but in a limited quantity. And Mossttt Imp thing. I drink Qehwas regularly. Specialy at night. Qehwa was very effective

Or adhe roti adha cup dahi raita bna kr sath ek omelette or 1/3 cup fruit any fruit mango included plus one cup milk with out sugar in form of milkshake. 2pm Lunch one bowl salad with 2 teaspoon vinegar and adhe roti with slaan our 18 tsp rice for female 24 tsp for man and 3/4 roti for male salan men dal alu mana hen Snack 5pm any fruit around 80 g Dinner between 7:30-8 not after 8 Ek bowl salad sath 3 tsp dal bna kr le len or bran bread + salan Salad plis chicken kabab 2 Or 200 gram without bone chicken plus salad 30 minutes walk before breakfast or before dinner Water 8-10 glass must No bahr ka khana😂😅

اسلام علیکم ڈاکٹر صاحبہ آپ بہت اچھے ڈائٹ پلان بتاتی ہیں لیکن ہم جیسے سفید پوش لوگ بہت کم افورڈ کر سکتے ہیں ھمارے پاس صرف گندم کی روٹی کا ہی آپشن ہے آپ سے ریکوئسٹ ہے کہ کوئی ہم جیسے لوگوں کے لیے بھی کچھ بتائیں جو ہم لے سکیں ہم تو روزانہ کی بیسز پر سلاد بھی نہیں لے سکتے میرا وزن 86 کلو ہے اور میں کم کرنا چاہتی ہوں واک میں روزانہ بیسز پر کرتی ہوں آپ کی ویڈیوز میں فالو کرتی رہتی ہوں لیکن پھر افورڈ نا کرنے کی وجہ سے چھوڑ دیتی ہوں اگر ہو سکے تو پلیز ہم جیسے طبقے کے لیے بھی ضرور گائیڈ کریں اگست میں بہت مہربانی ہوگی

I don't eat sugar, starchy foods or vegetables, refined flour or wheat flour and rice. On Monday and Thursday usually I'm fasting (dry fasting). Just like Ramadan. I love lahori style chickpeas curry with boiled eggs and chicken thighs.

Very practical diet plan mam thnxs a lot, I have watched many channels they give non Indian options like shakes which never feel like breakfast or brown bread which we all know is brown just for name sake n isn't really made of whole grain wheat ata but from maida difficult n fancy n very expensive food items which are hard to 1st get near you 2nd unaffordable. YOurs is very practice affordable reachable easy to follow
