I have started 18:6 window since saw your video i have lost one kg in just week. I am mother of one year old baby. She is on breastfeeding. My weight was 55.1kg. Now it is 53.9 kg. I have bf at 10 and my lunch plus dinner is at 4. I go for walk and every day i do 30 minutes exercise.
Drink one cup warm water before breakfast (empty stomach) . Drink warm milk with ispaghol before sleeping. Add ispaghol in milk and let it stay in milk for 4 to 5 minutes then drink

I have seen sooo many videos before on intermittent and tub jaker I started fasting and it worked really well. chai b mug ki jaga chote cup mei peti thi and sugar in take almost 1% o gaya tha sirf chai k lyeh. it definitely is verrry effective.

Please share the diet plan for those whose weight is bounced back about 10 kgs. I tried hard but couldn't lose weight. At first, I lost 17 kgs weight but 10kg weight is bounced back.
