Esquire, I’m a kiwi living in the states, i came upon you a couple of month ago and got hooked. I’m inspired by what you do and how you decided to move to Thailand. You have put a boot under my ass to get out of my rut and have decided to visit for a month first. I have always relied on the security that i have, own house, job, etc. my family has grown and have families of there own or live in different states. I have been chatting with a wonderful Thai lady who has her own business and have got attached . We have shared a lot about each other, we talk on video most days and share feeling life, we laugh a lot. So to that end i am going to take the plunge and start the process, I’m looking to come around Aug-Sept 2022, the questions of have are covic19 I’m unvaccinated, also what doc do i need, how much insurance, how much money to bring etc. there are all different answers from people, but i trust your more, since i have been watching most of your tube video, all have really inspired me. Sorry for the long chat, and look forward to hearing from you.
Hello Kevin, thank you for watching and nice to hear I have inspired you someway. To be honest I am not a full book on all these changing rules and regs on entering Thailand. I personally haven't left Thailand since the whole shitshow began, and I will probably stay inside the country unless things change as I also hold the same medical status as yourself and dont want to risk being locked outside of the country. For the best updates on the ever changing rules about Thailand entry I would suggest looking up a channel called "It's Thai Things" hosted by a lovely gal named Teya. She does a great job sharing updates every week. I hope that helps mate and all the best with meeting your love. ✌️

I'd say $1500 +tax where I live in the San Francisco North Bay Area, California, United States for the rack with installation. I just had one installed on my Ford F-350, mine was bigger and cost $1850 +tax installed. I don't know brands well but mine was a Yakima from up in Oregon somewhere.

Nice video, mate! As a slightly older expat living in Thailand, I see a lot of parallels. I had a condo very similar to yours, but for 9000 baht in BKK. And I gotta agree about dental stuff. I have a chipped top incisor that I have lived with for most of my life. Two visits and 20,000 baht later, my teeth were like new again. Anyone living in Thailand should really take advantage of this country's dentistry. And the last time I was in Hua Hin, I sat in the exact same seat where Johnny was at Father Ted's. I'm sure that's way more than you care to know 555. Anyways, take care and keep up the great content!

By the way, quick tip. you were mentioning that you were making ad revenue from Adsense on your website, but you'll make more revenue from ad networks like Ezoic, Mediavine, or Adthrive. I'm not sure how many page views you're getting each month, but for beginners, Ezoic is a great choice and if you're getting 50.000 sessions per month or more, you could move over to Mediavine and Adthrive requires 100K page views per month. All of those networks will pay a higher amount per 1000 page views than Google Adsense. For RU-vid, unfortunately, your only option is Google. Just something to think about.

Hua Hin looks like a nice place, by the beach, plenty of stuff going on but without the craziness of Pattaya. Going to have to consider taking a trip down there when I get to Thailand.

I lived in China think I wrote before for nearly 7 years as a teacher/English trainer/part-time actor. I enjoyed it but wanted to see more of Asia like Thailand I have been to Singapore Malaysia Brunei years ago
Seeing how inexpensive your accommodations are compared to what I paid in Shanghai it’s pretty good deal. Paying $500 or less per month rent is quite good especially in Thailand I was paying more than double that in Shanghai
Next time you see the lady that sells wine and other alcohol, ask her if she can get Lambic and if so how much for one case of it. I like the one made from raspberries. It's even good over ice cream. It's the only beer that I know of that has a cork in it. If she can get it I will share a bottle with you.
