Great video LJ... wow you put a lot of work into these. Been in Pattaya for 7 weeks or so. Got a 12 month lease and bought a new motorbike. Wow in Bangkok there is a huge range of vegan stuff. I'm looking forward to some visits there and I'm taking notes Bro ! Maybe you could team up with Mark Weins for a vegan tour of the Big Mango. I'm going to have to try a float... wanted to since the 1980 movie "Altered States" with William Hurt.

Back in the early 80's there was a movie staring a young William Hurt called " Altered States" it was about experimentation with isolation tanks. Pretty bizarre for the times, but a good movie.
Really loved this one LJ. it's a great idea to get blood tests done. I had mine done after 15 years as a Vegan recently. The doctor said my numbers were "wonderful". No deficiencies anywhere. Good B12 and above average testosterone for my age. Oh and yeah, I eat quite a lot of Soy too. Ignorant people will never stop buying into the myths about Soy though, even though the science is clearly proves them wrong. Got to agree those float tanks are well worth doing. Take the mind into a different and calmer place. Tried it a few times in Australia. Keep up the great work!

I’m inPattaya at the moment and in Bangkok the next two nights, that vegan restaurants not far from where I’m staying at the dream hotel. It’s one block up I’m gonna check that place out ! I’m always looking for healthier options to eat in Thailand which can be a bit of a challenge sometimes

Hmmm, it was kind of fun and I'm actually glad to know about the float tank, I'll probably take advantage of that when I'm in BKK this weekend; however, I couldn't help feel that it was more like a commercial than a travel vlog. I don't mind some product placement or sponsored videos as long as it's the smaller part of the video but when it's 90% of the video I feel taken advantage of. Hopefully it was just a one off because I've enjoyed your videos for a while now. G'day!
