Doc rivers won a single ring with a super team when there were no other super teams in the league 16 years ago and even then it took then 7 games to beat a 37 win Atlanta Hawks and and 7 games to beat a 45 win cavaliers when it was just a 23 year old LeBron and a bunch of role players. Austin Rivers on ESPN. I saw him play in high school. In Baltimore. He was WAY better than his teammates. He played one year at Duke and then declared for the draft. He made it to the league and played for various teams. Not a star. So now he's an analyst on ESPN. Well I'm a heart surgeon but just on Thursdays. Got my degree on RU-vid. They both went to Duke. Doc is one's dad and coached the other one. Go figure. Lost cause. Lakers should hire J.J. and then we'll see how good he really is.

He did say it was the players weren't in the game mentally. Which is a pretty big slight on the players. What is the reason he took a 30-13 team and is 4-7. Panic for small reason. All teams go through slump. Just their coach doesn't blame players efforts
@lloydp3061

It get's so tiring to hear Redick always say " I get it." How do you know you get it? Just because you think you get it? People who think they are always right always think "they get it" and the fact is, they rarely do because they don't listen. But why should they, they already have all the answers.. He always acts like he is smarter than everyone else around him. Can you imagine being married to this guy? They say we have 2 ears and only one mouth for a reason but JJ Redick has two mouths and only one ear. The good news is that he doesn't have to use his brain very often.

Actually I nailed it, u are STAN from Eminem music video.😉 Sorry but this narrative is base-less. I mean for some strange reason players still love em and request his presence right?. Yannis 1000% ok'ed it and had his coach fired to get Doc. Players continue to praise doc constantly for a guy who "doesn't hold himself accountable " You guys got it fked up. It's the players who NEVER have any accountability thrown there way....EVER!! Yall watching the NBA with your eyes closed and your ears plugged or something?? These players get there behinds wiped, get praised regardless of what they do, and if any of em get any negatively thrown there way they get all in there feelings and practically have a mental breakdown. Let one media person try to point the finger in any way away from the front office or the coaches and see what happens. Smh....i find it almost comical to hear a "fan" who isn't anywhere near these players or coaches to throw jabs as if you know these particulars. And again if he doesn't hold himself accountable I would have guessed the players would have black balled the guy by now right? But not only does that not happen but they hire and pay more for his services then there previous coach. And all the interviews or speaking to past or current players say he is a awesome coach. Maybe u just got that stance from watching Gil's arena?😂😂😂😂 Then u down play his championship. The hate is real yall!! "We waited in the blistering cold, that's my Lil brother dawg...lol. dear stan"😂
