Australian Embassy Event - 14 x 8000m Peaks Without Oxygen 

Last week I had the honor of speaking on a live panel discussion about menopause. 🎤
The event was organised by the Australian Embassy Nepal, thanks to Ambassador, Felicity Volk.
I was emotional sharing my journey of my mid life crisis which involved a difficult time with menopause, depression and a marriage breakdown. Many people, women and men came up to me after the discussion to share their own stories and thanked me for my vulnerability. To openly share the most difficult time of your life is not easy. But it allows others to share their stories too. We all have our mountains to climb. We don’t have to suffer alone.
Through my project I aim to share more of who I am to show that even during the darkest times in life, there is still light. In fact it was through the darkness that I discovered my light and my inner strength. I discovered my true self. I discovered limitless, infinite potential.
We all have something to give. It’s never too late to shine our light and live our dream.
