Autel IM608 XP400 PRO All Keys Lost Jeep Liberty P0513 invalid skim key! Donation:Cashapp: $GCDT or venmo @Louis-Roberts-26 or Zelle- globalcommerceca@gmail.com
Thank you for showing there is a work around for these situations. Locally to me if you have a good relationship with the parts dept they will give you the pin code from the fca dealer connect site
Good quality job . I have done it my self usually after someone replace the immo with a used module and don't get the old car vin number . I dont write the eeprom back i just get the pin and finish by obd
But without a working key (like all key lost) you still can not add key with even pin code, there is no ignition so can not add key, correct? So Pin code only need for add key when have one working key, right?
I am wondering why you didnt just pull the 4 digit pin with the 608 and do a normal "WCM replaced" programming procedure with witech? They just upped their cost per vin but this would have been way faster/easier with an $80 vehicle sub through mopar. Interested if I am missing something here.
@@globalcommerce7654 You are not charging enough for this if you are taking stuff home to the bench when it can be done in 10 minutes in the vehicle just clicking buttons to offset an OE subscription. I enjoy bench methods when I can bill it at $1500 to save the shop from replacing 3+ modules that will cost double but if I can get a job done with OE software I will always go that route. You clearly know what you are doing but if you are in high demand just get it done fast. On this model the 608 supports WCM replacement and all keys lost via obd, just touch the screen a few times and save the eeprom stuff for when you can charge for it.
@@mint88rx8 most of my videos are showing advanced methods of doing jobs, they are mostly for educational purposes as many of my videos you can't find instructions anywhere, I chose to do this video because it was 5 mins away and took less than 10mins to complete, I believe many subscribers will benefit from it.
To my knowledge, This is the chrysler pacifica system. It is just a few years of about 4 models. There are no tools to pull the pin through the obd. Several videos about this on the arlabs channel using the ar32 (andromeda research). If you are just using a generic chip reader, you can see the pin number on line 17 (marked170). It will be following 1f 0f I beleive (Memory fuzzy). The number will be inverted, a pin of 5618 would be 1856 in the dump file.
Since you are starting with the original that used to work, you might have a skim malfunction rather than a need for new key. How do you decide that reading the pin is the prescription ?
I know I’m kinda late watching this video but I’m wondering how to program the remote? I can’t find it anywhere and I’m wondering if the only way to program a remote is when you’re writing it using the xp400. The liberty I’m working on has only a regular key with no remote.
Hola , donde o como sabes q tipo de chip tienes en la antena veo q hay muchas opciones en la maquina , en que casos hay q hacer de esta forma y no por obd ? Gracias
Correct this is an educational video, you won't believe how many times subscribers ask me on advanced programming "how do you know how to do that if there are no instructions or menu options under the im608? " those menu options are handy but to do the most advanced techniques you MUST actually understand what youre doing. That's the secret I give on this channel: KNOWLEDGE. It brings understanding and knowing, and knowing is half the battle 👍🏾
@@michaelwitmer7536 He's most likely referring to at the 7:00 mark where there is the button for one-touch processing (it just basically scripts together some of the steps i did.)
Ok, you would have to use a lishi and Decode the lock or purchase the key code/pin and you wouldn't have to remove the skim, you can just program with the pin code
@@BobaKoCafe ok. Please don't take any offense, but for sake of argument, what would you call it if there's no key? And how would you charge for that situation? This just seems more like a spare key situation that you'd have to pull a pin code to program anyway to program.
@@ljaeracer4152 okay. If you have a key blade but it doesn’t starts the car (because of immo problem) Would you say that you have a key to start the car ? “Lost key” is a term used, not a actual physical lost key. It’s almost the same as having a wrong cut key. Still have a key but won’t starts the car with a wrong cut
