My daughter had Aspergers. She was high functioning but died in a car accident when she was seventeen. My nephew has Autism and a high IQ but he can’t attend college. He is very verbal and thirty years old. He holds a menial job that allows him to do the same thing over and over. It suits him fine. One thing I learned from being around several kids with Autism is that they have big hearts. Gabe is such a joy and so handsome. My daughter was quite beautiful. I wish you and Gabe all the love and happiness in the world. I know life is not always easy and you face many struggles that I did not. But, I can see the love between you two.

When my son gets home from school he’s really reluctant to use his device to answer questions because he’s been answering questions all day at school and he’s so done with that, he wants to cuddle and smile and relax and just be 😊🥰🫶🏼

It never ceases to amaze me how handsome Gabe is! Such a strapping young lad! Seems like such a sweet soul. My littlest guy reminds me of Gabe a little bit 😊

When I was Gabe's age my much older sister and I would do the weekly grocery shop for the family. At the end my sister would take me to the Donut Hole where she would treat me to a cinnamon donut and vanilla ice cream with caramel topping. It is such a sweet childhood memory for me. I'm sure a donut with mum after school will create happy future memories for Gabe too.

Reminds me so much of one of the nonverbal kiddos i work with. Just love him to bits and we often just sit in silence and enjoy each others company and our surroundings. Always love to see updates on Gabe. He is such a sweetheart and your family is so loving

I can't believe he's only 13! Reminds me of my godson. He's only 5 but always been tall and skinny. I realize one day he'll be taller than me but it didn't occur to me it will be that fast!
