According to Wikipedia, He was born in Land Hessen, Germany in 1976. His father is German and his mother is Japanese. He moved to Japan at 10 yo and interested in English and disc jockey in his youth age.
Nice to see the JAPANESE manufacturers clearly beating the DTM cars. I just hope the people running super GT don't get taken advantage of by the DTM organization. It would be best for Super GT to remain VERY independent of DTM. If not, then Super GT will become as boring as DTM. I certainly hope that never happens!!!
I dont know which DTM you watch but the Last few seasons were not boring at all. And I'm sorry to tell you but both Series are planning to work closer. Thats why they have the same Classement from now on and thats why they make this type of races.
@@knilchispam That's what I was afraid of. They will turn Super GT into nothing more than a form of NASCAR. Very sad to see such a great series go down the drain.
@@knilchispam Most of it comes from the more restrictive regulations that are part of the DTM. The most obvious is tires. Super GT allows teams to run whatever brand of tires they choose. DTM uses a single tire supplier. I've never been a fan of one size fits all. Of course this type of thinking is very popular now among most racing series. Make all the cars the same.......that seems to be the new age way of thinking. Then why bother to have a race at all?? If all the machines on the grid are all the same, what's the point of racing. No real competition between one manufacturer and another??? That seems totally pointless.
@@scottsmith491 you're right with the Restrictions. But you have to have them. Otherwise it gets too expensive for the Manufacturers. The DTM cost 40Million each season which is rediculous for a national Touring Car Series. So I can see why they do that. Opel is broke, VW doesnt want to Race in the DTM/doesnt want to race anywhere, Porsche doesnt want to race in the DTM, and as long as Mercedes is in the F1 I dont see them coming Back. So the only thing they can do to be attractive for foreign manufacturers is to lower the costs. Aston Martin for example has a Budget of 20Mil, so its the Half of Audi and BMW and they already complaining that its so expensive. The Times of Cigarette/alcohol Sponsors which pump millions and millions into sponsorships are behind us and the whole car Industry is in a big change cause of electric etc. And sadly, Motorsport is the first thing companies cut if they are in financial struggles. Sorry for the long Text 😅✌🏻
