can it pick up a steel bar about 1.5 lbs and press it against something (vertical) with enough force to buck a rivet? how many lbs of force can it apply in such a situation?

Why are the movements so slow? Is the bottleneck the cpu speed or power supply or the algorithms or is it on purpose? If on purpose, why so?

It was not on purpose, just due to the fact that I programmed the robot at that speed, and never changed it afterward

If you are going to make more videos.... perhaps? Get the arm to do the rest of the work... open the Keurig, remove the old capsule and throw it away.
