Let me share my version Von Von ALS, Rb, MEN, Tubes and Spheres and Huntington Marfan, Ehler´s Dan Con, Con, Cholesterol, Osler-Weber-Rendu Li-Fraumeni and Dystrophy, please include these two. NF1 and 2 Don´t FAP too much. Autosomal Dominant, yes this song is clutch. Con Con: Achondroplasia Cholesterol: Familial Hypercholesterolemia. Dystrophy: myotonic muscular dystrophy.

Good work but I have a comment regarding ALS disease it is mostly sporadic only 15-20% are familial . So just to keep in mind if it came in an exam and they ask what’s the most common method of inheritance it’s sporadic .

Incomplete penetrance. 10% of people that are genotypically positive for Rb dont exhibit the disease phenotypically.

COMLEX tends to avoid Biochemistry like the plague, so they like to focus their questions on LSD or related information, since it allows them to ask a biochem question without having to come up with something pathway related.
