Hello friends in this video we're gonna share you how to add AUX input to your old car stereo device even without the CD exchanger port .if you don't have CD exchanger port don't worry with this method you can add AUX to any old car stereo .{AUX will be played in CD mode}

+jai Bhilwara it won't show any aux option just play sc and put the aux in aux jack and it play music in phone and it will overlap the cd sound it will mute cd sound and plays mobile sound

Good thing you added the out of focus images of the circuit board, that helped me see how it connects to a silver blob, does it matter which one? I didn't thing so. ! same as my stereo ! i did it and it's worked *BUT* first put a an CD in the stereo you have to set the stereo to stand by (ST:BY) Then Connect the aux and play something go back to change Stand by to CD and you will hear the aux input I Think if got sort of aux booster/amplifier maybe it's will work without using CD .i will give it a try problem : when the song ends you have to repeat that . . .

Great video I did it & it worked. Question, when I have the silent CD in, & my phone attached there is a buzzing sound (not affected by volume controls) until I start playing content from the phone. Any ideas?

I believe the buzzing sound you are hearing actually is coming from your speakers trying to read media or just standing "ready" For when you play media. If it does not play through the music you are playing you should be fine. The same thing happens with my Bluetooth earbuds when I am not playing music but am connected. You also could have bad solders on the motherboard. If the white noise doesn't bleed through the music and is not affected by volumetric controller you should be fine.

1. Follow the input of the right channel and the left channel and Gnd from the back of the cd driver and solder the wires to the recorder motherboard. 2. Remove the cd driver and cd flat drive. 3. Connect the pins 65-66 of IC number 1 with solder. entire. enjoy.

you can buy a new cheap radio that has blue tooth and you can connect your phone to it some still have aux inputs (some times there on the back of radio) some radios are only $20 , before you ask look online

volume can be controlled from your input device and player and yes you can use FM but AUX won't work in FM mode in player AUX works in CD mode

sorry the basic thumb rule is to find the Rch Lch Agnd and bypass them with Aux connections to overlap and mute the cd audio track works with any player if you find those connection points

in that case, check the connector (AUX cable and connectors should be tight enough ) if you still get the problem write a mute or absolute no volume soundtrack in repeated mode into a CD and name it AUX MODE whenever the muted track is playing you can hear AUX input only as the track has no sound you'll be able to hear AUX tracks with volume :)

this method only overlaps the audio output from the CD / cassatte audio source if you've followed the instructions and connected proper connections on board ..try changing AUX cable of your phone and try with different phones sometimes faulty cables can stop

Burn a cd with one track concisting of only silence and play it on loop. This will trick the unit into operating, but the cd won't interfere with the aux as it has no actual audio on it

@@Life21channel which tone control/source selector ic this unit uses? philips tea series? .can we disconnect cd player input to source selector and directly connect aux to the source selector channel that takes cd input.we can add a few passive components(resistor/capacitor) for input with reference from datasheet.all these systems are i2c micro controlled if i am not wrong,so source selection is also via i2c.

it won't work without the CD but you can write the long audio track in a timeline so that it won't change or pause like changing tracks in CD

Ivica Mihajlovic I believe it's muting your input which I'm assuming is a phone because of the controls that are on your phone going through the axillary when it receives certain signals it causes your phone to pause maybe adding a filter of sorts a diode going one way only down the line so that the phone does not get these returns signals

One CD has 80 min. capacity, so you can record empty audiofile on your PC with 80 min. lenght and then burn to CD. It pauses sound from AUX just for every 80 mins.

nope it should overlap i get this kinda problem only when the AUX cable is faulty .used a good cable with my phone .when song is played i got CD song overlapped by AUX input and AUX input is working fine ..try to change the cable and make sure you've followed the colour code while soldering

I haven't seen alpine model but the procedure is same for many models you need to find those AGND LCH RCH pins and connect the aux in and play in cd mode

No for me it overlaps with the audio signals from the CD in CD mode so there is no dedicated aux mode or any other options what it does is it simply overlaps with the audio from the CD so cd=aux

Hello ;) Thanks for the operating mode on CD's radio, and for share-it with-us. I've a question for you: it's possible to make the same on a 91's radio with cassette player? (in case the car radio is an "ALPINE 7190L" ..;not young as you can read ;) ) By advance thanks for your answer and help ^^
