They do have overpressure but it's heat overpressure and not HE overpressure. They have had it for ages but HEAT overpressure just sucks and has different triggers + not being tandem.

The AV-8B Harrier II is an American development of the original harrier so it is American, not British. Nor was it ever exported to America because America developed it themselves.
