Hey MotionComics: In response to Part 3 being your last video, When Avatar the series ended, I gravitated to your channel because reading the comics with your amazing editing was like watching the show all over again. I guess all good things must come to an end. So Thank you soooo much for doing this over the years and allowing me to relive what it felt like to watch Avatar on TV as a child.

I have to say, the panels where we see Katara break down and start healing Hakoda has to be one of my favorite moments not only from the comics, but from the Avatar series as a whole. That whole scene was just handled so well, you can definitely see that Katara is basically reliving what happened and how she felt when her mother was murdered by Yon Rha when she sees her dad get stabbed. She even kind of reverts back to her 8 year old self when she goes from saying "dad" to "daddy." That right there really got me and really elevated that scene to new heights, it's very heartwarming and touching. I've really been loving these comic series, North and South in particular. Not only does this one have some nice tie ins to The Legend of Korra (Malik talking about equality, tensions between the North and South), but that there's been a lot of focus on both Katara and Sokka, something that the comics have not really focused on a lot. Most of them have, so far, been predominantly about either Aang or Zuko, with Katara, Sokka, and Toph acting as relevant side characters. Toph got a lot of moments in The Rift, but it still heavily focused on Aang. And other than that, The Promise was Aang and Zuko, and The Search and Smoke and Shadows were Zuko heavy. It's nice to see Katara and Sokka both get a lot of time to shine, especially Katara, who has always been my favorite character from the series.

But I guess its a different story now cause now its happening at her home. Its all much more real than it was in the other lands.
