Here's a quick sort of guide to cold starting the F-16 in Digital Combat Simulator - DCS World by a real F-16 Avionics technician with engine run cert. Not intended as a CHECKLIST or as a definitive guide, just me starting the F-16 as simply as I can to get you in the air without issue from a dark aircraft.
DCS is the best looking and sounding F-16 simulator there is today. I try to break it down to make starting easy, but I'm still an avionics nerd so I go on tangents too.
