... This is a very easy and quick recipe, It is one of my favourite sweet things to eat! it's really creamy! sweet! rich & indulgent! And the best thing is after you eat this chocolate mousse you will be more healthier after than you were before :)

INGREDIENTS you will need ~
❤︎ AVOCADO ~ Organic if you can
❤︎ DATES ~ Organic if you can again... you don't have to put the dates in, you could just use a natural sweetener instead
❤︎ CACAO POWDER ~ So cacao powder is unrefined, you could use normal cocoa powder, you may need a little more to make a richer taste
❤︎ NATURAL SWEETENER ~ I used dates and organic Agave syrup, like before you could keep this sweetener out and just use raw dates instead......its all up to your own taste :)
❤︎ (OPTIONAL) You can add a little water or a vegan milk if you are finding it hard to blend. It does depend on your blender. I found in my NutriBullet that a little liquid helped to make it smooth and blend easier, and also you could add the milk or water if you would like a more of a runny mousse :)
.... I never really measure the ingredients for this recipe, I just put them in and each time is tastes a little different...sweeter or more chocolaty . So yes it up to you own taste preference
.... You could also and other ingredients, make more for a bigger batch. I put mine in jars and leave them in the fridge until I eat them which isn't very long to resist ❤︎
