2. Water
Optional
3. Dates
4. Salt
5. Vanilla
..... Also you will need ~
A blender ( I use my NutriBullet) A sieve or cloth and a bottle

.... This recipe doesn't take long at all! All you need to make an oat milk is oats and water :) I like the taste of the milk better when I add the other 3 ingredients but that is optional. Any form of food processor and thats your oat milk made! I like to use my cloth when making these plant based milks but I couldn't find it so I use a sieve instead and that worked fine :) Use the milk up within 3-5 days and store it in the fridge. Enjoy x
