There's nothing wrong with martial arts entertainment, however if you're looking for actual martial training, specifically Jeet Kune Do, there are some things you should be very careful to avoid.
It's important to say that we are not out to demean or put people down who are excited about training or spreading Jeet Kune Do. It's always important to look at what is being presented as actual training, so that you can avoid some serious pitfalls. Taking advice on martial movement from an unqualified individual could be detrimental to your training and your body. For the following examples, don't just take our word for it, use your own critical eye to evaluate the movements you see.
