Nicely done looks like it will hold up well. The only thing i would highly suggest is an over run clutch somewhere in the front. I would probably use a bmx bike sprocket hub or similar on the front hub and weld the bigger sprocket to it. It really helps with the binding around turns. Makes it handle better and keeps the bike from ripping itself apart.

The only thing i'd change here is i'd prolly ditch the housed bearings and go for fabricating custom housings. Mostly because they don't really add much to the structure overall, and also because they widen the structure by quite a bit. Other than that, stellar project kick-off, all the right choices in terms of the structure and concept.

It’s gonna be slow but it should climb good.

Hi there you have some nice fabrication skill very nice welding and work wish I could have a set of forks made like them and wish I had some one around me that could help me make parts for my mini trucks builds.

I'm not sure how the chain from the jackshaft to the fork will work.? When you turn the fork towards you at 10:22 the empty sprocket has 45° of travel. (how will the chain bend at the goose neck when you turn the forks)?. It's a great idea. Back in the 70's Rokon had the ujoint at the goose neck. (we had one).

Did you happen to weight that whole assembly? Just curious. Man that looks sweet!
