My schools food Isn't actually that bad, And most of the prices for seconds/snacks is not that overpriced. But My one complaint about the price on a slender can of sparkling juice, is that it's like 1-2 1/2 dollars and that (At my nearest gas station that I can literally walk to) is a whole entire 12 milliliter bottle of soda.

Our School’s art studio is the only place on Campus students are allowed to use a microwave, luckily its mostly just a few groups of Art kids that hang out there, the downside.. Ants. Fucking. Everywhere, even in the microwave when you open the door, so you just watch them get nuked as your cooking you cup o’noodles . They somehow get into everything, and I believe they have set up a colony in some of the art supplies.

I swear, they made the food intentionally bad so students would buy the more expensive but also much better packaged food from the school store.

Last thanksgiving it was so tricky to get around the gravy smothered meats. Every year I ask “May I have mine with no gravy” and they put it on anyways

The schools have a small scale monopoly in the cafeteria, so there's no incentive to make the food more attractive in terms of taste and price

The cookies at my school are 2.50 and one slice of pizza is 5.00. I wish canteens weren’t so overpriced.

@@aestheticpeggy4600 I feel sorry for you, my school had all food free except for the snack cart which had some extra Goldfish, cheezits, cookies, milk and more on it that all cost a dollar each in case you didn't want the main food, now I realize how good I had it, and some of their food was actually good, I just couldn't eat much of it because of my ultra sensitive taste buds and the food spicy flavor.

To me, the only good course was breakfast; it was free regardless if you signed up for the program or not and it tasted a lot better. Besides that, the lunch was very crappy. The only good foods then were the hamburgers.

Omg, this reminded me of something. One time I got a milk carton and when I opened it, it was curdled. Like full on curdled and not even drinkable anymore. Anyways, I went to the lunch lady running the cashier part and told her about it being bad. The bitch literally looked me in the eyes and said to my face *Oh, it's still good Hunny. No need to complain over something so silly. Why don't you scoot your little tush back to your seat and eat your food?* I went on to ask her if I could get another one since it was bad, and the bitch said no. See, the only drink options we have are milk [i'm lactose intolerant], juice [I get acid reflex], and a water bottle[ which cost almost 2 USD for 1 of those small ones.] So if I want to have a liquid, I'm gonna have to suffer or ask my parents for more money [and they don't like just giving us money, we have to earn it by doing a lot of work] just so I can get a few drinks of that itty bitty water bottle. I hate school cafeterias. They're a pain in the ass.

bruh the buns on the burgers at my school are wet and so is the pizza and the pizza has little tiny cube pepperoni that were greasy and nasty and I had just that little carton of choclate milk to wash the nasty food away from my taste and bruh I got a free fruit roll up cus of corna virus it was free and I bit and it was hard bro I couldn't even bite into it and I hit it into the desk and it didn't even bend once I had mold in my fruit cup ew bro their gonna kill someone with this disgusting cafeteria food

When I was in Junior high 7th grade through ninth grade I remember I always got my traditional sub with fries and it was great not too bad and then sometimes I got pizza I got a salad sometimes no problem.

The burgers which they sell in my school is horrible the use burgers buns but they wrap it tight with aluminum foil. THEY SAY IT WILL BE HOT AND WH3N YOU UNWRAP IT THE BURGER IS HELLA WET. And inside it will just be a tiny patty which is cold and they add way too much KetchUp :-(

As a person with a pure hatred with school cafeteria's, I always hated eating inside an MPR because the tables will be dirtier than your sisters toothbrush but our school also had an outside eating lunch area but only for certain months for certain grades so I prayed that my grade gets to sit ourside instead of the MPR

I usually just use my lunch money to buy ice cream

I do it all the time when I was in school, mostly middle and high school, food that was so expensive, I had to get cookies or pop tarts when I was in high school, it only cost a buck or two and saved me a lot of money

Like, I remember the bread being hard and stale, the veggies smelling like they passed their expiration date, the juice smelling and tasting like piss, and most of the food not being thawed well. And since I had second lunch, all the good food was taken by the ones who had lunch before me.

In my kindergarten school there was also no cafeteria, the recess was about 1 hour long so it was forced for students to bring their own home lunch and we ate at some tables and benches. Tbh it was really amazing and I miss those old days.

I actually go to a Charter School where you have to bring your own lunch from home. Although, I am switching to a Public School next year. (Let’s just say... the Charter school really didn’t like my IEP and accommodations, and refused to give them.) That school gives out lunches during lunch time, but it’s optional to bring your own Lunchbox. I’m watching this to prepare in case if I forget to grab my Lunchbox one day. _OH GOS-_

Mine deadass won’t allow you to go eat in your car, so if your a lonely kid who just wants to listen to music and vibe in your car rather than sitting alone in the cafeteria, sucks for you cause if you get caught then you’re gonna be facing hell
