The English version has been out for a while. I have played it and yes it is amazing! Not a fan of the artwork, but the game play is fantastic - a true deductive game without worrying about the roll of the dice to get you to the right room (like in Clue). My favorite deduction game (more than Clue or Mystery of the Abbey).
Uncomfortable guests is literal translation. But its meaning is more refering that those guests are the ones who make host uncomfortable. Awkward guests is a good variant that fits
Yeah I'd get an English copy but I would love to see it in the Dice Tower Essentials line. They usually have great artwork. I would put it in a box the size of Sheriff maybe. I like Viral but I was a little disappointed with the box size compared to how much is inside it.
In the video Tom says that he was able to get an English version of the rules, which he shows in his overview. I found the game’s website easy enough, but not the English rules. Does anyone know where to find the English rules?
This looks so great I would consider buying the Spanish version even though my Spanish is terrible. Some components (cards) are available in English and others not (booket)?
I so hope to get this some day. Btw, be careful with the this is not a spoiler cause it's in another language, you have a big audience, luckily you warned us with enough time so I just looked away 😁
NOT GOING TO KICKSTARTER THIS. was but the price point in CANADIAN, rewards and delivery seems odd.... will wait if it comes out, it comes out here with or with the stretch goals... but for $47 dollars plus shipping seem steep for a game like this.... nope pass sorry was actually going to BACK but can't. WILL WAIT
There's a lot of replay value there! A lot of people are wondering if there are talks of an English publisher picking it up and bringing it state side.
I am not Tom but I do own both and enjoy both of them quite a bit. If I had to choose one or the other I would probably choose this one because it can accommodate more players and is not app dependent. Chronicles of Crime is prettier and just as fun but I enjoy it more as a solo or 2-3 player max where this one is fun for a group. I don't think you could go wrong with either one though. Also, I just received the KS version of this today and my opinion is based on the print and play that we used to tide us over, really excited to dig into this one more!
