Axial Scx10 lll Cj-7 First Look And Crawl Review 

That ESC/Receiver combo one of my pet hates. The body looks fantastic, I think I would prefer 2 speed over the dig function as standard. YES beadlocks more need to come with them to save heating off good tyres to fit metal wheels, I see a good set of rims coming fast. The tyres have tread like my Range Rover with fine tread but they work quite well.

The Axial Jeep looks great. The model is tempting since I had an old silver 1976 CJ-7 with the Levi interior. Drove it long ago when I was a teen. It was drum brakes on all 4 wheels, no power brakes, and no power steering. Big bias ply Sears brand tires on chrome wagon wheel mags. Snow would come through the vinyl top door edges to land on you while driving. Only a lap seat belt. Fun but unfriendly to drivers. Is the dig servo movable/remountable to the two speed position depending on what you want?

This CJ looks superb - and it even comes with decent tyres! You get the good looks, and the weight of the body hardly seems to make a difference!

It is a terrific looking truck and it is one of the best looking ones for sure! I am glad it drives so well and I am sure it is going to go on a lot of adventures with you! Have fun with it and I sure there are all kinds of additional details going onto it already!

does this esc/receiver combo work with the DX5?

I hate their two in one ESC. It makes me have to buy another receiver if I go brushless.
