The B-17 is indeed beautiful! It could hold many heavy bombs that fell on the Germans! Germany was almost a desert where only bison could graze (Charles Bronson "The Battle of the Bulge" (1965) quote.
I shared this with retired Captain Towey, now director of the Royal Regiments museum and Retired Captain Murgoci ex army Intel / infantry and researcher for the regiments history book ' Always Ready ' .....and my mate Ian who I think is your brother from another mother .......same energy .
What are the odds of bailing out of your aircraft only to land almost directly on top of it when you hit the ground? General, you should probably join the Golden knight with those mad parachute skills of yours.
Thanks for another fun and entertaining video, Christian! Your co-pilot was a rather taciturn gent...hope he survived the crash--lol! Have fun in Chicago and try not to spend all of your money!
Magnificent plane and the details in every piece are amazing, we can see the interior of the airplane, just beautiful. Sadly The Memphis bull didn't make it. Better luck for the next. 😆
This is around l got to see lots of great WW2 aircraft that my Old man worked on in the Pacific War. A great big thankyou for opening up memories of my dad. And like always you are a really good actor. Love your artwork on the figures and also think you did a great job on the Airstrip with cars and jeeps and utility 🚚 trucks and your Marx groundcrew. So l can't wait until next time old friend and l finally getting my job back so l can help you. So long.
Another great episode! I love how you made the model accessible to play with the figures inside. Also, hopefully you've had a chance to see Masters of the Air!
@@ThePlasticGeneral They basically did a high budget copy of a lot of this episode! Lol. I'm planning on mixing episodes from BoB, Pacific, and MotA next time I watch them, based on the dates the episodes cover. I've done it before with BoB and Pacific, and it was fun doing it that way.
@@ThePlasticGeneral the thing that i am not certain is about the Bf-109K-14 , the only four Blades proppeler of the 109 family and the last version , is it ever enter service ? One source say it reach the squadron in the very end of the war and other source say it only reach a prototype stage
i love the b-17 air fortress i mean i hope you will create a battle over here castle i'm really looking forward i love your channel going out looking forward let's go to war
B17 was a cool looking plane. 1/32 scale. Going to take note. How did you fit yourself inside during the filming? Movie magic, that's how. Thanks for the tour.
Back again l have a splended idea for a future show, using a Westland Lysander spy planes you could launch a British Commando raids. Please after reading destroy info.
