Crawl through one of World War II's most memorable airplanes - the B-17 Flying Fortress. Out of 12,700 produced, only a handful are still flying today. Experience a bumpy ride on this vintage work horse of the U.S. Army Air Force in 4K!
Well done! I got a chance to ride 909 6 months before it crashed, still gives me chills! Much love to the guys and girls that keep these ol machines flying and even more to the crews that manned them when they were new.
I got to ride in aluminum overcast about 7 years ago what an amazing ride it was while the flight was only about 15 min you could almost get a glimpse of what those brave young men endured
I flew on the Yankee Lady a few 5:40 years back when it came up to London Ontario for a day of rides. I had kind of decided it was a little pricey considering also the exchange to US dollars but then when it arrived in London it came in right over our house, and I was hooked. They managed to get me on the last flight of the day.. worth every penny. I sat in the bombardier nose section for landing.
Flew on Yankee Lady a number of years ago. She was a blast, although I really liked the 909. Sadly, these planes get more rare by the day, just like the brave men who flew them. Thanks for the video!
And this has what to do with a B17? Jesus would have the good mannors to add his comments in the correct area - perhaps a RU-vid video about religion...
