One of my favorite Bach pieces and these two gentlemen (Alexander being so young!) play it wonderfully along with this amazing orchestra. We are blessed by this incredibly gorgeous performance!

This is simply beautiful! Bach was a genius, and these two pianists are delightful! Malofeev, only 14 here I believe, has already performed some great concertos...an amazing young man!

Yes, and notie that in the back shot of the pianos, Alexander is not seen at all. Why did the "Big Man" deliberately cut Alex out?? Note also that the big shot is playing from a score whereas Alexander plays from memory. I think we know who the professional is.

Great performances - Alexander marvelous as always. Pity the video is so uninspired. Why is the camera stuck in one long shot when we can see multi-shots on a large screen visible to the audience? Please think when you are videoing music. Camera angles, close-ups, and timing are important and can enhance our understanding of the music. Heck - we can even see a cameraman wandering around in the foreground with a vast camera! Did he video anything interesting?
