I personally have seen how poorly they’ve treated James over 4 years as a customer. But look. It’s not complicated. It took them years longer than promised and they delivered a broken product, even though the customer paid 10’s of thousands of dollars over the original estimate. I run a client service business. When mistakes are made, you can get lost in the details as to why and how things happened, and all the excuses that got you here. But in the end. The excuses do not matter. It’s the results that count.

There’s no excuses, 52K, 5 years and a person with a 100 credibility with 0 issues was the one that spoke out. There’s nothing to talk, Brogue is no more.

If BRogue tries to sue stradman for Slander they’re going to dig their own grave. As a customer you have a legal right to review a business, and their work will solidify everything stradman said. put them infront of jury and i promise you the people will see it the same way.

Knowing how kind stradman is, you really have to be someone who’s really disrespectful to anger him. B rogue did stradman dirty.

The fact that all the big automotive names are jumping at the chance to help stradman and not even charge him for it really shows how many people he's impacted and how great this community is.

Totally digging how all the big names in the industry are jumping in and offering to help James.

If they sue James after not taking accountability then they may as well leave the car industry, not just shut their doors.

Saw the title and clicked immediately. I think what happened with the Gallardo is nothing short of disgraceful. After more than 3 years and $50K, returning the car with a broken parking brake, engine bay release latch, oil leaks, and much worse is just pathetic. Hope B-Rogue Built goes out of business.

I don't think there's anything B Rogue can say at this point. Hell, even if they had returned Stradman's Gallardo in perfect condition, it took them 4 damn years. That in itself is ridiculous. Their reputation is ruined.

I do believe that James already talked with his lawyer before posting his video. The patience of James for 6 months since got his Gallardo in January, demanding B Rogue for explaining and taking actions for his car to be sorted out but no further details making James patience has run out. James must fight back and take them to legal action for this matter.

Stradman didn’t announce he’s suing because he avoids conflict. I’m sure if B-rogue does he will just counter it, but it shows B-Rogue rather spend $$$ on lawyers than having a happy customer. SMH!!

B-Rouge chose of all people the biggest automotive RU-vidr to display their horrible workmanship. They should have went above and beyond for James. What did they think was going to happen? I watched James take delivery of that car and have watched every video since. He is one of the most genuine people which is why so many people are reaching out to help. B-Rouge is going down with a self inflicted wound.

I think what Stradman meant by saying "if you want to sue me go ahead" was that he doesn't intend on suing B-Rogue as he probably just wants to move on from this situation, but if B-Rogue does sue he doesn't mind fighting it in court. I'm also wondering what happened to the car between when Stradman raced it on the airstrip to when he got delivery of it? As the car was running great on the airstrip and now can't even move a couple of meters before shutting off.

B rogue is lucky strad didn't sue them 2 years ago. They pushed him too far. Just because strad didn't want to push the issue shouldn't be taken as being soft

The fact that B broke went through the hassle of hiring a lawyer to check strandmans video is insane. If those guys would of put half of that effort to actually built his car like they were supposed to do they wouldn’t have this problem. Just man up and accept your mistakes 💀

B-Rogue is out of business right now, they just haven't closed the doors yet. Their ONLY option is a hail-mary lawsuit. You can't screw up one of the largest automotive RU-vidrs car, AND call out Hamilton, and expect to remain in business as a supercar shop.

They would sue James for defamation. They would have a case IF James knowingly made comments that were incorrect. I don’t see James doing that, so I doubt they have a case.

Stradman has a perfect record. He's never lied about anything in the past, B-rogue had all the time in the world, they're done.

I don't see a lawsuit that would hold up in court for B-Rogue Built anywhere in the future unless new evidence is bought to light regarding this situation. Strad is an honest man and the reason he said for them to bring it on is bc of him being nice and not wanting to be the first to take legal action. That was also probably a scare tactic to try and get them to own up to their mistake and fix the damage on the car or to send this "contract" he talked about in the video. Strad, as of right now, has a good case and I would advise him to counter sue. They won't send a contract because they know they are in the wrong and they know he is a very nice and chill person that would likely not do anything against them. They took that chance and now they are seeing the backlash it is bringing them.

B Rouge is in the wrong!!! They need to figure out a fair solution. I feel bad for James, such a nice guy, and gets “abused” for it. James finally made an amazing decision to call them out!

They kept his car for over 3 years, stole over $50g, and sent it back destroyed.

James is one of the most genuine personalities on RU-vid. They took his car for 3 YEARS and broke it… then refuse to reimburse him. Does seem simple

I am a mechanic at a dealership and I have accidentally broken stuff while working on customers vehicles. It does happen especially on something older. I have always fessed up to it immediately and got the parts I broke replaced or fixed. If they did actually break it they should have stepped up to fix it. If they do not have any documentation of it being broken when it came to their shop as in pics with time stamps before work is started on it then they do not have a leg to stand on and far as saying it was already broken. Before I pull a vehicle in I always do a walk around and take pics and document any damage found before work begins. Also if a vehicle left the shop and had leaks like Stradman's has I would totally expect it to come back and get fixed and if it was in something as large of a project as this I would expect to possibly be fired for being the one who did the repair and let I leave that way. Always double check your work and there is a period of time after the vehicle leaves the shop that it should be warranted as far as parts and workmanship so it should be no question as to who is responsible for it. If Stradman has talked to them about it and they were aware of it then they should have been doing something to fix it. It should not take months to get something going on the repair.

There are two avenues that B Rogue has. If Stradman at any time signed a document that said anything to the effect of "you cannot disparage us no matter what we do" (a lot of custom shops have language similar to this in their basic contracts.) I wouldn't be surprised if they did especially working on such a high-profile vehicle. The second is defamation, in which they would have to prove that Stradman made FALSE comments with ACTUAL MALICE intended. This would be much harder to prove as James seemed to only talk about major issues for which he had concrete backup. In situations like this, companies use the threat of legal action far more often than actual legal action. It is not in the best interest of B Rogue to go after James. That would certainly be the nail in the coffin for their company.

I actually really hope to see a collaboration between DDE and The Stradman on fixing the Gallardo. Probably would be one of the coolest projects in the internet if they did.

If B rogue's "attorneys" are worth a crap, I'm sure they would tell B rogue to shut up and pay up, if Strad indeed does have text messages, etc. B rogue seriously needs to hire a PR firm, because that is one seriously weak response.

Stradman should let Mike Essa and DDE’s team take a look at it at least! I’ve been watching both channels since 2014 and DDE ALWAYS takes their builds very seriously and the elevation that DDE has taken ever since Mike Essa joined their team has been phenomenal with very detailed breakdowns of how he does what he does and why he does it the way he does it and he’s clearly VERY knowledgeable and never takes on projects he isn’t 100% sure he can achieve. DDE as a brand would NOT put themselves or Mike Essa’s names out there on this matter if they weren’t sure they could help rectify the situation! I’ve always loved seeing DDE and Stradmans collabs whenever they get together and clearly have a lot of respect for each other. I’d love to see videos on DDE’s channels of Mike Essa working on getting the Gallardo back to its former glory and have the fans be able to not only watch the build happen but finally see the car that started everything for Stradman back on the streets at full force🔥💯GIVE DDE A SHOT🔥🔥💯💯💯

I think i know why james is saying what hes saying is because he knows he will win if they go to court but it seem james doesnt want to go to court because he just wants to have a running twin turbo galardo, all i see in the vid is james just saying to his viewers dont go to b-rougue thats it, anyone in the community im sure they will be more than willing to help james get it finished, its a shame such a bad thing happened to such a nice person, it looks like james is just gutted that its come to what it has

My guess is that Stradman knew by releasing the video his loyal fans would hit B Rouge hard and most likely dramatically hurt B Rouges business and b rouge would then bring legal action. Strad is just saying he’s prepared for it. There certainly is two sides to every story but B rouge better be sure they are in the right before they bring legal action and from Hamilton’s comment about b rouge blaming them for engine trouble because Hamilton had it wrapped seems like they’re looking for anybody to blame but themselves. My legal advice to b rouge is be 100% honest with your attorney about everything before opening Pandora’s box because strads seems pretty confident he’s got the ammo he needs.

Unless there is something behind the scenes thst us as viewers cant see, there is nothing that B Rogue can sue Stradman for. It sounds like in Stradmans video he was offering them to come and sue him for making the video bashing them, possibly for defamation their company. But if you watched DDE video with their lawers about the Lamborghini being vandalized, one of the criminals tried sueing them for defamation on their company for making the video, but their lawyers said that its only considered defamation if what was said was NOT true about the company. And everything the Stradman said in his video WAS true. They broke his car. Easy as that. Theres no defamation case.

I used to work for a guy who had a saying that was basically that you don't have a customer until you have a customer with a problem. What matters now is what BRouge chooses to do now. This could be a golden opportunity to step up and fix all of this, and over deliver. We'll see where this goes...

The statement from B Rogue is nothing more then a warning shot from a lawyer to have James back off. James is smart dude and as long as his video is accurate those guys have no leg to stand on they don't have a Defamation case. You would think they would want to go above and beyond to just resolve this matter and try saving face i guess that's not important too them. It's a disgrace! James should send it too Sheepy or that shop in Texas were Houston is building his Lambos at currently.

As a Stradman follower and fan, Id like to hear what B-Rogue has to say before placing blame. We've heard one side. In terms of the "4 year" time frame, Stradman obviously saw the quality of work and opted to keep the car there. He could've picked the car up a year after, shit, two years after, but he let this ride for 4 years. Again, as of right now, it sounds bad for the other party involved, but until they reply, I'm nuetral.

Stradman probably signed a promotional contract with B-Rogue and calling them out would most likely violate said contract. That's probably why he taunted them to sue instead of threatening to sue.

I dealt with a similar issue, not with B Rogue. $121,000 Twin Turbo build on my Huracan. So so many shops & tuners have no idea what they are doing. Condolences to James, not fun

Stradman did not state anything inflammatory about the so called "professional and licensed shop in question" he created a review of what happened when he received an inferior product from the "so called" professional business which was in violation of a contract to produce a completed working product. His car was sent to them in good working order and it was returned broken. He is well within his rights to show his audience the results of the extremely long wait and costly endeavor. If the shop had any professionalism within there business model they would have either fixed the car before it was shipped to Stradman, or refunded the full amount of the cost of this project and offer to set the car back to stock via paying for the all needed repairs. This shop needs to step up to the plate and get this fixed, otherwise there is no amount of money, lawsuits, or response tweets / comments that will get there reputation back. They did this to themselves and need to make a mends.

Here’s my take on this whole Stradman VS. B Rogue Built. Throughout this whole project build when it first started there were issues 1. The start of the pandemic, 2. Supply chain issues, 3. Engine letting go on the dyno and I’m sure there were other issues not mentioned. As someone who’s worked in the Automotive Repair field, I believe James has every right to be upset and no longer has any patience for B Rogue Bult. He took delivery of his Gallardo near the start of 2023 when he first dropped it off with them back in 2019. From James’ video, it appears that he attempted to resolve this issue privately but gave them three options James presented to B. Rogue Built 1. Buy the Gallardo for Fair Market Value, 2. Asked for a full refund of every cent he has spent on this project ($52,576.52) and 3. Find a third independent shop to make the repairs & they pay for the repairs, they would get to choose the shop with James’ final approval. They agreed to that option but from James’ video, it appears B. Rogue Built dragged their feet for five months on sending a contract/agreement to be finalized with James. I do not know how the Illinois Automotive Repair agency that deals with complaints/Issues but if this took place in California and from James’ video it appears that James gave B Rogue Built every chance to make it right. In California CA Bureau of Automotive Repair would most likely side with James and That could go as a strike against B Rogue and or cost them their permit to perform repairs in the state. In my opinion, B Rogue should drop any ideas for going after James As James has clearly shown his concerns from the multiple oil leaks, the 25+ times he had to restart the Gallardo from the Car Hauler to his garage, The broken E-Brake, The Hatch release to the Blue Smoke and Low oil pressure from a “recent engine rebuild”

I’ve been watching Strad man for years, and he seems to be one of the most nicest humble people out there. I would be furious spending that type of money in marketing a company to get my car back and that type of condition. I think Strad man should get ahead of this and sue the shit out of them for everything for his car, the repairs and for all the money and marketing that he did for them. If you can’t do a job you shouldn’t except it.

B-Rogue doesn't have a leg to stand on. They took James's money and didn't deliver a sound product. It was subpar and he gave them ample opportunity to fix it and make it right. They messed up and will lose their ass if they decide to sue him. He layed out the facts and did not call them names. He just stated his frustration and showed the end product. It is all on them. As for who to fix it? Strad should take it to Gintani. They would do the car justice!

He is the major backbone in the automotive industry and im glad other car content creators are offering help goes to show how big and tight nit the RU-vid car community is.

B rogue has treated James so poorly. For one The car was at there shop for 3 Years when it was supposed to be done in a few months. James finally gets His Gallardo Back almost 5 years Later and it has all these issues. I hope Brogue pays for How they have treated James as a customer. Props to James for speaking out about Brogue. I hope His Gallardo gets all of the issues fixed and can move on from this Brogue Situation.

I think a lot of us car enthusiasts have been in these situations in various degrees and scale from one time or another. If a shop can't deliver as promised, it needs to be honest. Yes, money can be payed back but the time, (3 years +) and more in court, is something you can never get back. Hope it works out. I'm curious what happened behind the curtain.🤔

Unless Stradman signed a co tract with B-rogue that says that he will receive his car in non-working order...I don't see what they could have possibly said to you to "complicate" the scenario...he paid them $ for services. They said the services were done. Then lied and said Hamilton collection broke the engine while having it wrapped....I think most likely scenario is they didn't know how to do what they promised, and are screwing around now.

Not to mention this is the car we all fell in love with on Stradman's channel. I am an OG subscriber and out of all the cars, this is THE CAR that should not be broken. It's not even my car and it has sentimental value to me!

An buddy of mine has a b rogue r8 here in Dayton and he had nothing good to say about them, 3x longer lead time, transmission issues ect.

My honest opinion is I can almost guarantee stradman talked to his lawyer/ lawyers before posting his video. I’m my experience it’s best to counter sue. James gave them the Benefit of the doubt. I don’t wish harm on anyone’s Business but bad business is bad business

At this point they would have to come up with paper work and video evidence of the car not running, driving and all functions operating properly to even have a leg to stand on. You wait 3 years and it gets delivered in that kind of shape. Its preposterous. The car in November was fully functional seven months later on delivery you got oil leaks, stalling problems, no ebrake and other indicators on the car showing. B-Rogue should have showed up when they were notified of issues and made plans to correct everything that beat around the bush. Love the content man. Be blessed.

They know James has a RU-vid channel with 4 million subscribers and tried to intimidate rather than correct their mistakes. B Rouge seems like the typical shaddy shop that takes your money does subpar work and then want you to be happy about it. The difference in this case is James has a platform to make his voice heard, which I'm glad he did. Keep your head up James.

I’ve been saying since day ONE (after him initially announcing that’s where he was sending it) that he was making a mistake. I have an R8 V10 Plus that I sent to UGR for a TT kit. They did the kit, a strengthening rebuild of the engine & trans, installed both a full racing exhaust and suspension with brake upgrades AND brought in a guy to tint my windows and even let another guy come in to do a wrap for me while it was in their shop. They also let me ship the new tires & wheels to them for the install. The entire process - from the day I put it on the trailer to send it to them to the day we took it back off the trailer when it was done took roughly 10.5 weeks. 2.5 months. They had his car - what, three years or more and the damn thing STILL doesn’t run right??? I’ve met numerous other people with TT R8’s and Gallardo’s/Huracan’s who’ve had issues with B Rogue. I’ve said it over and over and over again in every video his Gallardo was mentioned in that taking it to B Rogue was a mistake. His videos and their timeline further proves my point! *JAMES* should be the one *SUING THEM!!!* Don’t EVER use B Rogue for ANYTHING.

BR blew up my buddies twin turbo R8 also. They had it for a year, it ran bad for 1 week then never ran again! All Facts that James is saying.

My opinion. If B Rogue decides to go through lawyers only whether a lawsuit or just a reply, I would have zero respect for them. If hey issue a response from the owner, and offer to repair the car at no cost at another shop like Sheepy, then that would be the stand up move. Suing James would be the end of their business. Having the car since 2019 would seem to show they were incompetent. They could rebuilt a totaled Lambo and turbo it in less time. Who would ever put a car into a shop expecting repairs to take 4 years???

They did it to themselves long ago. People were suggesting for James to sue or go to another company at the end of the first year they had the car. Even after continuous update videos the comments were almost against them continuing the build while James kept the commentary neutral and avoiding to lay any blame.

That company needs to go down. Knowing the Stradman he wouldn’t make an entire video calling someone out if he wasn’t prepared. He’s too kind and he’s also really smart, I want to see this go to court
