Ms.Bea is becoming a RU-vid STAR also!!! Congratulations Bea...you deserve every bit of the recognition you are getting... Daddy Jack...you are the absolute best for letting Ms.Bea shine & display her pizza-pie talents!!! P.S...Daddy Jack...my wife & I just got back from MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston...I got a very good report...NO NEW CANCER GROWTH & NO NEW SPREAD SITES & MAYBE CLOSER TO A 2nd REMISSION!!! THANK YOU CHEF JACK FOR MAKING MY CANCER TREATMENTS MORE BEARABLE BECAUSE I GET TO WATCH YOUR COOKING VIDEOS DURING MY TREATMENTS & THE TIME GOES BY FASTER!!! I LOVE YOU CHEF JACK & MS.BEA!!! Much love from Mobile Alabama.
And red onion.... as soon as I heard that my mouth started watering. Great video like always Jack. I'm surprised you dont have a million+ subs. You and your crew are very real and not to mention very likable. Everything you guys make just reminds me of classic home cooking. She did a wonderful job on that pizza. Looks so perfect it belongs in a ad.
Boy that looks good! I loved seeing inside the 600* wood burning pizza oven and hearing the “crunch” of the crust as B cut it. My senses are stimulated...just wish I could smell and taste it as well. Great job B!
Another bunch of great sauces are Country Bob's out of Centralia, IL. Back in the day they didn't sell their products here in MI so I ordered a case online. I believe it was the All Purpose Sauce but now they have so many more sauces to choose from. I love Sweet Baby Ray's as well 💃💋♥️
Love all of Daddy Jack n friends recipes! He is 1 of the best in my opinion. Love how he emphasizes taste and ingredients first! Only food that is sub-par to Daddy Jack's needs to be garnished like an art project! Cheers Jack and Friends/Family!
I would love to have went here for a bite and to experience the love In that kitchen …these people cook from the soul….unfortunately jack has passed which is sad to hear but I hope the others keep this place going in his memory 💕🙏🏻
I haven’t really commented on the pizza videos merely because I’m a pizza ‘bore’ kinda guy, meaning I typically like it with just plane old sauce and cheese. Nothing fancy. But this looks AWESOME.... good job folks, mangia
Daddy Jack I see your replacement in action. Just kidding. Somebody might might be able to fill your job, but NOBODY! will beable to replace YOU! GREAT LOOKIN PIZZA! YOU ROCK B PEACE
I ate at this fine establishment a couple of times, but regret I never had the pizza. Here’s hoping Bea has landed on her feet after Daddy Jack’s sad passing.
hey Dee, whats up babycakes, heres a tip for ya , next time instead of wet bbq sauce, use a dry bbq seasoning to marinate the chicken, lovely video though. cant wait to meet you guys..
Jack you have a winner with this one and Bee is bringing it on. I wish I could stop in and have one, but distance prevents it. Saying that I am going to make a visit sometime in the spring or early summer. I'm coming to your fine town and then to your restaurant, and Jack I'm going to ask for you. You and your team do it well. Cheers to ya Harry in Kingston Ontario Canada
Hopefully Mr Daddy Jack, your restaurant will be in full swing again soon, and I certainly hope "Bea" will be back w/you..She is so professional, talented and humble--BUT very well spoken! Anyway I'm sure I'm not her only fan! She a real joy! She could easily carry her own show!..I love your show and employees Jack! Thank you sir.
B. is back with us, rough going though. Hope we can continue but times in the business are very challenging without more help from the Feds. They are putting the squeeze on small business! Hope all Is Good, Jack Become a Member Of "Cooking With The Blues" www.patreon.com/CookingWithTheBlues
Question: I noticed that "Miss Bea" always takes the hot pie and places it on a aluminum pan ... then she cuts it w/ the "pizza wheel/cutter ... how do you keep the pizza wheel/cutter from getting dull ??? If I'm cutting anything I do it on a wooden cutting board and my knives and pizza wheel/cutter stay sharp for much longer. (Note: a nylon cutting board is almost as bad at making sharp knives dull too. ) After cutting, then I transfer the food to a serving platter ... I do clean the wooden cutting boards w/ soap & water ... a lil' bleach solution, then every so often I treat them w/ "butcher's block" oil ... Of course I'm in my private kitchen ... are there some health department rules that you need to follow in a commercial kitchen that don't allow wooden cutting surfaces ???
