Happy New Year to you and yours and thank you for what you have presented us with delicious recipe. This babaghannoush recipe it seems to me is much easier than cooking eggplant on stove top. thanks one more time.

cilantro gives it a unique taste, but if you don't like it or don't have it and want to substitute, parsley is the closest thing you can use. let me know if you tried it and I hope you enjoy it :)

@@MiriamzKitchen I made it again today! It goes perfectly with lamb shawarma and mejadra, which I'm making tomorrow. That's if I can leave the baba ganoush alone! 😂
......and thank you so much for your wonderful recipes, it's been an absolute joy to try new things! My mother is Italian and most of your ingredients cross over into the food I love to cook
Nice to see you back Miriam. Would you think that any pepper would work for the recipe? I'm thinking of trying today but i don't have cayenne pepper. Also the tahini I have is not that runny. Should i add some water maybe to fix it?? Thank you
thank you Alice (I'm guessing that it your name :D) any spicy pepper will work jalipinio, chilli, or you can completely omit the peppers if u don't like it spicy. now the tahini usualy should be runny. first try shaking it well, when it sits for a long time it tends to separate but if u tried shaking it well and it is still not that runny add to it some water and the lime juice instead of adding the juice to the mixture until you feel that it comes to a good consistency. hope u try it and let me know how it went :D
Miriam Kitchen I am Eva, but noone can guess from my username :P. The tahinis we have in greece aren't that runny as yours, but now i am thinking that i might mix it with some olive oil to get the texture i want. Thank you for answering me. Kisses!!
alice86rfe I accidentally read the half part of your answer before :P. Ok i will try with the lime juice and let you know, but i'm sure it will be perfect.. I have loved every single recipe of yours
wow this is uncooked Indian Eggplant Bhartha.... do look it up, you probably find it amazing :) I already had this when I was in UAE but never know the ingredients
+hipretty well there is no easy way to do so, but u can buy male eggplants not the female ones. They almost have no seeds. The way u know the male from female is u'll find the bottom of the eggplant either elongated or like a dot. You wanna buy the one with the dot shape. I'm sure i confused you. Just Google male and female eggplants I'm sure you will find something useful
