We made a rack of Baby backs and a rack of St Louis spares on the pit barrel cooker junior to see how they came out. We used some of Heaven Made Products "Texas Best Rib Rub" and it was pretty darn good! A little heat with a little sweet! The simplicity of the Pit Barrel cooker makes it so anyone can use it and feel like a champion pit master!
