with a straight stitch selected, you can use the width control for the stitch to adjust the needle position, but I will say that if your needle is hitting the hook consistently, either the needle is bent, or your machine needs an adjustment, and should be looked at by your local dealer.
@@MontavillaSewing Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve been trying to find that question for along time. The hooks I was referring to was a hook and eye already see on a garment . I do take my machine in for a check up one a year. I love your videos. Thanks 😊
