hi everyone! It's been a minute, but we're very excited about this video. Anthony, Elliott, and I recently took a little trip down to Miami. Why? Well, after Anthony got this pre-diabetes wake-up call, we decided it was time to get serious about our health. So, we went to see Gary Brecka, a Human Biologist and Co-Founder of 10X Health Systems. He has over 2 decades of Bio-Hacking and functional medicine experience.
The whole idea was to figure out how we can tweak our lifestyle to not just help Anthony manage his pre-diabetes but actually reverse it. Plus, we wanted to dive deeper into functional medicine/bio-hacking to help us live long, healthier lives.
Our time with Gary was eye-opening. He shared loads of advice on simple changes we can make to our diet and daily habits that can make a big difference in our health. So, we're taking you along on our Miami adventure, sharing what we've learned about turning around pre-diabetes and diving into the world of functional medicine. It's not just about the scary health stuff; it's also about making these changes fun and something we can do as a family.
