I got my genetic test results, and while it may give some insight, it's a complicated subject. Even with the data, there is more research to do. He definitely motivates me to want to take the much needed steps in order to become an optimal version of myself.

Otherwise, you could use one of these parcel forwarding services that provide you with a US shipping address and then forward the package to your real address in the UK.
better yet, most chronic conditions you can solve with food. I mean these common gene mutations like MTHFKR gene mutes are not that serious so that healthy diet wouldn't cover all gene variants. I mean, as an example, if you had trouble with folate methylation, methylfolates in many form are present in legumes, greens etc - the same with methyl donors like betaine and DMG in beet roots and legumes, greens. I mean a diet rich in these cover all MTHFKR variants - you just need to make your gut cope with those complex carbs (should be no rushing, bacteria can backfire with toxins and missing bacteria makes a gut go nuts, so no sudden diet changes in serious gut cases).

L-Methylfolate helps regulate mood regulation, serotonin, and dopamine so im assuming that would help as well unless he means something else. It definitely wouldn’t hurt to take it

My psychiatrist offered this test about a decade ago for me and found this particular MTHFR Gene. Of course they didn't know what to do with it. There are online services they'll send you a Q-tip swab you swab your cheek and send it in or ask your physician.

It can be a few things. Basically what this guy is talking about. It can be a B12 deficiency or a vagus nerve issue or cortisol, C1 or C2 out of alignment. Vitamin B12 deficiency can be very tricky to diagnose. Often misdiagnosed as MS. Not many doctors know anything about it. It is very misdiagnosed or over looked.
