Butch Hartman created the animated Nickelodeon series Danny Phantom, which ran from 2004 to 2007. The show is about a 14-year-old boy named Danny Fenton and his ghost-hunting parents, who also build machines to catch ghosts. Danny and his friends work together to stop ghostly villains.
