Good to see you back on the run mate, hopefully it settles and you can kick on to Manchester! I’ve a bit of an ankle niggle myself, slightly lower down the ankle but *self-diagnosed* a tendon/ligament overuse issue. I’m into the taper so hopefully it’ll settle before race day!

I'd never had any issues like that until I rolled my ankle on dodgy paving slabs in October. It tends to swell up on the side of the ankle now and again if I'm not careful. I'm hoping it eases off over time. As you say strength training is key.
