We have similar stories. I, too, had chronic back pain. Like you, nothing ever showed up on my mri's and x-rays. Nobody ever asked about my diet either. It amazes me that when people are sick or experiencing ailments, the medical teams never ever ask about diet. I think diet should be the first thing they ask about. I have been doing keto/carnivore since June '22, and most of my pain is literally gone. It feels miraculous! Thank you so much for your story! I'm really enjoying your content.

I've been on the carnivore diet for 9 months. But I've noticed that if I eat pork I get pain in my pelvic area. Even just a small amount of pork. I've not had it as a regular food in my diet ever. But anytime I go and try it again, the same pain happens. So lesson learned, even though it is meat I have to still be careful of what I put in my body.

Thank you so much for your videos. I've been carnivore for 32 days now. I no longer need to take blood pressure meds and although I'm still taking a once a week shot Ozempic for type 2 diabetes, my fasting blood glucose is now around 97 instead of 115. So glad I'm on Carnivore. I feel so much better. I went through withdrawal from carbohydrates, but I no longer crave them, and actually love my Filet Mignon cooked in ghee or animal tallow. Plenty of butter. Occasional chicken. For some reason I can't seem to tolerate eggs or bacon right now.

Good diet is important for many reasons and certain items do heal the body. Take care of your body/temple. Greeks often referred to a close relationship of the body to one's soul, mind, character. Good story telling abilities Petra.

THANK YOU-- I'm learning a LOT from you-- and at 66- it's a bit late for me to experiment and learn over time-- and learn instead from someone like you that already knows.... Wish I could be 30 years younger and find someone like you.. Danny is a lucky guy!!! Bless you both-- and LOVE your videos.

David, 66 is young. Def not too late. There are many people in their 60s and 70s doing carnivore and feeling amazing. Listen to Dr Alan Danenberg. He started his health journey in his 60s.

@@sunshinesimpleshift 60s isn't the hard part-- it's the injuries from the truck accident. I was mashed between 2 of them - and it messed up a LOT. BUT I realize there is still time- it will just take more effort on the physical side now.

Your videos were what convinced me to try carnivore, though it took me quite a while before I actually started the diet. I primarily started it for mental health reasons, though also to feel physically better. I have enjoyed watching your videos and hope to see more at some time in the future.
@davidwayne9982
@davidwayne9982 Год назад
WOW-- I do my OWN acupuncture....learned from my ninjutsu master WAY back when i was young..and you're right- it works- but is only temporary at best.. I got mashed between two trucks in 99 and have spent the last 24 years trying to get " OVER " it-- and yes- it's good to know I CAN fix the pain with food. I'm doing carnivore 100% beginning next weekend- with a new plan- Eating every other day-- and fat fast every other day. I know a few that have done this- and the weight loss it faster-- skin tightens with it- and it removed pain FASTER too.. according to them.. :) We'll see!!!

Thank you so much for your videos, they've been an inspiration and really helpful!! I like the way you present things, and being yourself :) Keto flu doesn’t go away for me- any advice/help is highly welcome! By anyone who reads this :) I’m a 43 year old male living in Finland. I’m on day 16 on carnivore. Before I started, I was 4 weeks on keto (under 20grams carbs/day). So I should be well into ketosis now… My biggest challenge is lethargy/keto flu/lack of energy that just doesn’t seem to go away. Muscles feel tired and stiff, especially calves and hind thighs. No cramps though. Feel drowsy, so lethargic, and can’t really work out properly (only light walking and light excercises). Otherwise everything seems normal. I tried keto (strictly under 20g carbs/day) for 9 weeks about two years ago. It was exactly the same thing then: all else was fine, but I had to stop because I just got tired of being so lethargic in my muscles. I thougth it would go away eventually but it didn’t. Even though I used electrolytes. So I’m wondering: do some people just not ever get fat-adapted enough to go without carbs?? Some basics: I weigh 62 kg. Before this, I’ve been on low carb diet (about 100 grams carbs per day) for about two ears, with intermittent fasting (7 hour eating window) On carnivore now, I’ve been eating about 130g protein/day, at least 200g fat/day. Mostly I eat beef, eggs and lambs meet (organic and grass fed). For fat: lard and butter. Occationally liver, fish, pork and cream. Only exception to carnivore is that I use about 15-30 grams of organic, cold pressed olive oil and coconut oil daily (just because I have a lot in stock, and it helps in getting enough fat). I should get at least 2500 kalories /day, and I eat more if I’m hungry: trying to listen to my body insteaf of counting calories. I usually eat twice a day. I use 5-8 grams of salt per day (himalayan and celtic sea salt). And also daily I use about 3.6 grams potassium (piping rock pure potassium citrate) and 400mg of magnesium (my vegan 100% magnesium citrate): mix it with my filtered drinking water and drink throuhgout the day. How much electrolytes is one supposed to take?? I would not like to just supplement bigger amounts of magnesium and potassium for tha long run, because it doesn’t seem like a good idea. I would wish for my body to adapt, so I could eat carnivore without adding electrolytes eventually. Now it’s just a struggle keeping it up, because of the lethargy. One option is to slowly add back a little carbs (20-50 grams per day), through berries and root vegetables. But my desire was to try carnivore 30 days, or even 90 days, so see how my body reacts, and whether I would notice any of those health benefits that so many others seem to get, who have tried. All help is truly appreciated! Kind regards, Kris

Please check the lead levels in the salts you all are using. I just found out both Celtic and Himalayan have high lead content. With slow methylation happening in my own body I am trying to edit out heavy metals and have a long way to go, (went back to chemical cleaners during covid, ordered the wrong deodorant from a brand that has a great aluminum free version etc.). Anyway, I was so surprised about my “natural salt” being a source of lead! I love it with steak too :(

Im a massage therapist and yes the fascia is vital.. its possible that its inflamed and not working properly there js a lot of tendon in the low back. Either way we need the correct amino acids for building blocks of strong connective tissue. Weak fibers will collapse to injury. But what she mentioned about the nerves from the stomach to the low back is also true and fascinating.
