몇 달 전 서재 한편을 비워 작은 작업장을 만들고, 바닷가에서 주운 나뭇가지로 집안에 놓아둘 작은 소품을 만들었다. 모든 소재는 해변에서 흔하게 구할 수 있는 폐목들이었다.
시간이 지나면서 작품들은 하나둘씩 쌓여갔고, 마침내 전시할 공간마저 부족하게 되었을 때, 그 작품들을 지인들께 나눠주기 시작했다.
작품을 받아본 많은 사람은 기뻐하면서 신기해했고, 매번 같은 질문들을 해왔다.
'선생님 이걸 어떻게 만드시나요?'
나의 유튜브는 그렇게 시작하게 되었다. 50을 한참 넘긴 나이다 보니 손은 투박하고 서투른 솜씨지만 재밌게 봐주셨으면 합니다.
A few months ago, I was building a small workshop on the side of my study and make small home decor using driftwood from the seashore. All materials are common waste trees on the seashore.
As time went by, I made many works and eventually ran out of space to display them. So I gave them out to people around me. Many people who have received my work are happy and curious and ask me the same question every time.
'How do you make this?'
That's how my RU-vid started.
