Just voted for your podcast. What a terrific conversation, thank you. I’d like to request you interview Economics Prof. Steve Keen, he was wrong on Australian property some years ago, but since then he has been doing some terrific research on private debt and modelling Minsky’s instability hypothesis with a custom software he developed to model economies.

Seems to me like the age of stagnation corresponded to the decoupling of the dollar to gold, and the corresponding increase in financilisation. The effects of financialisation, to me anyway, seem well described by Satyajit Das in his book a banquet of consequences, while the mechanics of how it happens are articulated by Steve Keen's financial modeling software Minsky. Just my humble opinion which could be wrong as I'm less well read than both of these guys. After listening to the interview I want to learn more.

In regards to autism, it is perhaps the inability to communicate on a accepted social level that leads some individuals to access the part of the brain that is normally inaccessible.

Or do normals regard our communication as unacceptable because we think differently? This is my experience.
@songforguy1

@@tarmon768 yes maybe. I think also the lack of communication cues both verbally and physically that autism presents can be awkward and difficult, so giving some 'normal' people a false impression. Cheers!

This is one of the best channels in Australia and you are recording on worse equipment than what my little brother uses to record tiktoks. Get a real camera for the love of god. Isn't your background in economics? and you can't find funds for a decent camera in 2020?
