Back to MGH in Boston ,as I had a blood clot in my left leg on Monday -few days later I go back with gas type pain in my back and swollen/tight forearms and hands..did EKG and CT Scan..blood clots in my lungs was found...but this should have been checked on Monday when I complained about the back as well as my leg..I was given blood thinner Eliquis for it on Monday and since I been on to already the clots in the lungs are already being treated so no more additional treatment was needed

When you have blood clots you need prescribed medication and be monitored to take care of it. Don't take natural remedies.

Sorry to hear of the pulmonary embolism. I'm guessing a blood thinner may not be your answer. The docs can see if your blood tests indicate internal bleeding. Keeping you in my thoughts.

That's very nasty, possibly the one in your leg broke off and moved. Good thing that you recognised the symptoms as they can easily be lethal.

That way you can stay active in the house when it's cold out. You could technically do some of your work standing up if you want to do. My daughter has a desk that goes into a standing position when she needs to.
