I'm confused, I thought that last exercise was for chest not back?

The conditioning that is their without any spray tan on is unbelievable!!!!!!.....when you don't have any color on your body whatsoever and through a utube video you can see the muscle fibers firing..... and the thin/ness of his skin and still 7 to 8 days out!!!!!!!....from the big show is unbelievable!!!!!!!!.....as I keep saying this man just grinds it out puts his head down and works..... doesn't say much about anything!!!!!!.....his mindset is locked in on the end goal!!!!!!!!!!.....I wish him nothing but the very very very best of luck in achieving his dreams to be the best at his craft!!!!!!!

Tak to už hej takáto kulturistika. Takto to má vyzerať. Ten chrbát v priebehu kontrakcií niekedy od 05:30 min. vyzerá úžasne. Ako 3D mapa nejakého pohoria..Prajem Ti víťazstvo. A dik za videá.

Super. Držím palce na Olympii. Možná to hned napoprvé nevyjde, víme jak to tam chodí, ale z těch dalších chalanů co tam budou si myslím bude Križo jeden z nejlepších a troufám si tvrdit, že v některých parametrech nemá vůbec konkurenci. Hlavně mu přeji, aby zůstal nohama na zemi a svoje ego nechal zamčené doma ve sklepě.
