I love this recipe. It made me a hero at my house. My new favorite for asparagus. This past weekend, I did some shrimp for shrimp & grits on my KJ. I also used this asparagus recipe/method on some Brussel sprouts. Cut the Brussels in half, season with Old Bay and cook them just like you did in this video. Amazing!
