I always struggle on when to add minced garlic to recipes. Don’t want to scorch it by adding it too early. Any chef tips you can share?

Go late! Scorched garlic 🧄 will ruin anything and everything. One of the benefits of cooking in a pan on the grill is that If it does look aggressive you can pull the pan and use the residual heat, just keep tossing everything till it cold enough. Also, use fresh minced garlic every time. If it is a high heat application, chop the garlic larger🤙🏽 All the best E

This knife was hand made by Jim Adams of 3 ring studio. It was made for a 7 county European road trip I took a few years back.

I love the recipe! Although I would drain/wipe out the bacon fat and coat the asparagus with EVOO. Other than that it's a great recipe for asparagus

I love this recipe. It made me a hero at my house. My new favorite for asparagus. This past weekend, I did some shrimp for shrimp & grits on my KJ. I also used this asparagus recipe/method on some Brussel sprouts. Cut the Brussels in half, season with Old Bay and cook them just like you did in this video. Amazing!
